16. Remove the T-pins from the hinges.
17. Check the gap between the aileron at the wing tip.
18. Check the gap between the aileron and fl ap.
19. Finally, check the gap between the wing and fl ap at the wing
root. Adjust the position of the aileron and fl ap so all three
gaps are equal.
20. Soak thin CA into each of the hinges, both on the top and
bottom of the hinge.
 Do not use accelerator on the hinges. The CA must
be allowed to wick into the hinge to provide the best
bond between the hinge and surrounding wood.

21. Once the CA has fully cured, gently pull on the wing and
aileron to make sure the hinges are secure.
22. Break in the hinges by fl exing the control surface through its
range of motion in both directions.

AILERON SERVO INSTALLATION

23. Remove the servo cover for the aileron.
24. Use a toothpick or hobby knife with a #11 blade to puncture
the aileron servo cover for the mounting screws.
