8. NORME ECOLOGICHE
8.1
SCORIE E RESIDUI
Smaltimento di tutti gli oli e grassi
lubrificanti periodicamente sostituiti
(olio per riduttori, olio idraulico,
grasso eccedente, ecc.).
Modalità: secondo le norme vigenti
nella Nazione in cui la macchina è
installata, mediante conferimento
all'apposito "Ente per lo Smaltimento
deglio Oli e Grassi Lubrificanti Esausti"
8.2
SMANTELLAMENTO
DELLA MACCHINA
Considerazioni generali
Lo smaltimento del macchinario deve
essere effettuato nel rispetto delle nor-
mative vigenti e nel rispetto dell'am-
biente.
Procedura
L'operazione di smaltimento è eseguita
"disassemblando" il macchinario e rag-
gruppando gli elementi che lo compon-
gono per tipologia di prodotto.
Lo smaltimento è eseguito secondo
criteri di fabbricazione dei singoli grup-
pi di componenti. Possiamo definire
quindi una prima suddivisione del mac-
chinario secondo categorie di compo-
nenti:

elettrici
-
pneumatici
-
idraulici
-
costruttivi/meccanici
Classificazione
Vista la grande varietà di componenti
utilizzati per la fabbricazione del mac-
chinario, occorre tenere in considera-
zione alcuni concetti fondamentali per
la selezione e quindi lo smaltimento
dei singoli elementi.
Il primo concetto essenziale è quello di
suddividere tutti i pezzi o componenti
ricavati da materiale come acciaio,
alluminio, ecc. e portarli in appositi
"centri di raccolta" che provvederan-
no al loro riciclaggio o eliminazione tra-
mite rifusione ove possibile.
Selezionare tutto quello composto
essenzialmente da plastica o fibre di
plastica e derivati.
Provvedere alla raccolta di tutti gli oli di
lubrificazione utilizzati per il funziona-
mento della macchina. La raccolta
deve avvenire per tipologia di olio,
senza mescolarne i prodotti. Portare
quanto selezionato agli appositi "cen-
tri di raccolta" che provvederanno
alla loro eliminazione.

WASTE AND RESIDUALS
Disposal of all lubricating oils and
greases which are replaced at regu-
lar intervals (oil for reduction units,
hydraulic oil, surplus grease, etc.).
Procedure: according to the rules in
force in the country where the machine
is installed by charging the "Body for
the disposal of exhausted lubricating
oils and greases" with the disposal.
8.2
MACHINE
DISMANTLING
General considerations
The machinery shall be dismantled in
compliance with the rules in force for
environmental protection.
Procedure
To dismantle the machinery, "disas-
semble" it and group its components
by type of product.
Dismantling is carried out according to
the manufacturing criteria of every sin-
gle group of components. We may
define a first subdivision of the machi-
nery according to the category of com-
ponents:

pneumatic
-
hydraulic

constructive / mechanical
Classification
In consideration of the wide range of
components used for manufacturing
the machinery, it is necessary to take
into account some fundamental con-
cepts for the selection and disposal of
every single element.
The first essential concept consists in
subdividing all pieces and components
made of steel, aluminium, etc. and in
transporting them to the "collection
centres" where they are either recy-
cled or remelted, where possible.
Select whatever may be made of pla-
stics, plastic fibres and by-products.
Provide for the collection of any lubri-
cation oil which may have been used
for the operation of the machine.
Collection shall occur by type of oil.
Mixing the products is not allowed.
Transport what has been selected to
the "collection centres" which will
provide for their disposal.

8. UMWELTBESTIMMUNGEN
8.1
ABFÄLLE UND RESTMATERIAL
Die Entsorgung regelmäßig ersetz-
ter Schmieröle und -fette (Öl für die
Untersetzung, Hydrauliköl, austre-
tendes Fett usw.).
Modus: Entsprechend den geltenden
nationalen Bestimmungen des Instal-
lationsortes durch anerkannte Unter-
nehmen zur Entsorgung von Sonder-
müll.
8.2
VERSCHROTTUNG
DER MASCHINE
Allgemeine Erwägungen
Die Entsorgung der Maschine muss
entsprechend den geltenden Um-
weltbestimmungen erfolgen.
Vorgehensweise
Die Entsorgung erfolgt durch De-
montage der Maschine und Sortieren
der Bestandteile nach Produktklassen.
Die Entsorgung wird entsprechend den
Herstellungskriterien der einzelnen
Komponentengruppen durchgeführt.
Daher können wir eine erste Untert-
eilung der Maschine in folgende Kom-
ponentenkategorien durchführen:

elektronisch

pneumatisch
-
hydraulisch
-
konstruktiv/mechanisch
Klassifizierung
Aufgrund der Vielfalt der zur Her-
stellung des Geräts eingesetzten
Komponenten müssen einige grund-
sätzliche Überlegungen hinsichtlich
der Auswahl und der sich dadurch
ergebenden Entsorgung der einzelnen
Elemente angestellt werden.
Das erste grundlegende Konzept ist
die Unterteilung aller Teile und Kom-
ponenten in Materialien, wie Stahl,
Aluminium usw. und ihre Entsorgung in
entsprechenden "Sammelstellen",
die ihrerseits eine Rückführung oder
Entsorgung durch Einschmelzen,
wenn möglich, einleiten.
Alle Teile zusammenstellen, die haupt-
sächlich aus Kunststoffasern und
Derivaten bestehen.
Sämtliche zum Betrieb der Maschine
erforderlichen Schmieröle in Sorten
unterteilt sammeln, die Produkte nicht
vermischen.
Die
Produkte
"Sammelstellen" abgeben, die ihrer-
seits die Entsorgung vorsehen.
