Start the QuantumX Assistant via CANape
As soon as you exit the QuantumX Assistant after configuration, you will be
asked if the file containing the description of all settings should be saved
(Fig. 5.3).

Click on Yes for the file to be saved (in XML format). The information relevant
to CANape in this description file can then be transmitted from the HBM driver
to CANape. You must however implement this manually, a corresponding
prompt is then displayed in CANape (Fig. 5.4). Click on the
accept the QuantumX signals into the list of CANape signals. You can then
use the signals as usual in CANape.

The description file is saved together with the CANape project and loaded into
the connected QuantumX modules when the project is opened so that the
same settings are present as in the original configuration. If you want to
implement any changes to the QuantumX configuration, you must call the
HBM
QuantumX driver for CANape
