Assembly holder drilling table
1.
Insert the toothed rack (3) into the groove of the
holder drilling table (A).
2. Align the toothed rack (3) centered to the drill table
(A).

When merging the toothed rack (3) give attention
of correct toothing from holder drilling table (A) and
toothed rack (3) within the groove.
4. Now place the drill table (A) with the toothed rack
(3) onto the pillar (2) and run the toothed rack (3) in
the lower rack guide on base plate.
5. Secure the toothed rack (3) by means of the ring
(1). Note here that the toothed rack guide shows
down on the ring (1). Fix the ring (1) by tightening
the grub screw integrated.
6. Insert the Adjustment handle height adjustment
(1) onto the shaft of holder drilling table (A) and
secure it with an grub screw
Machine head and pillar
1. Place the machine head (A) onto the pillar (B).
2. Put the spindle of the drilling machine with the
table and the base plate in the cover and fasten
the 2 Allen screws.
Assembly drill chuck protection
1. Put the drill chuck protection (1) on the spindle
tube and tighten the slotted screw (2).
Montage du support de table de perçage
1.
Placez la crémaillère (3) dans la rainure du support
de table de perçage (A).
2. Placez la crémaillère (3) de façon centrée par
rapport au support de table de perçage (A).

Veillez en insérant la crémaillèe (3) à ce que les
dents de la rainure du support de table (A) corres-
pondent à celles de la crémaillère.
4. Placez le support de table (A) pourvu de la cré-
maillère (3) sur la colonne (2) et insérez la crémail-
lère (3) dans le logement de crémaillère du socle.
5. Bloquez la crémaillère en replaçant l'anneau (1).
Veillez ce faisant à ce que le logement de cré-
maillère de l'anneau soit tourné vers le bas. Fixez
l'anneau (1) en resserrant la vis à six pans creux
dont il est pourvu.
6. Insérez la manivelle de réglage de hauteur (1)
sur l'axe du support de table de perçage (A) et
bloquez-la à l'aide d'une clé allen de 4.
Montage de la tête et de la colonne de la machine
1. Placez la tête de la machine (A) sur la colonne (B).
2. Orientez la tête de la machine de façon à ce que la
broche se trouve au-dessus de la table de perçage
et serrez les 2 vis à six pans creux situées sur
le côté de la tête de la machine à l'aide d'une clé
allen de 4.
Montage de la protection de mandrin
1. Mettez la protection de mandrin (1) en place sur la
broche et serrez la vis (2).
