The graphic symbols used in safety signs are those specified in ISO 7010.

1.3.1 - Warnings

The warning signs are a TRIANGLE WITH A YELLOW BACKGROUND AND BLACK EDGE. Inside the triangle, a
symbol summarizes the danger.
They signal the presence of a dangerous condition; operators must have a suitable conduct in the presence of a
