2.1 - Original version

The original version of this manual is in Italian and accompanies every official translation of the manual.
The translations of the manual that are not authorized by the manufacturer are not considered valid.

Use of unauthorized copies and/or translations of this manual and/or use of translations without
the original version in Italian relieves the manufacturer from any possible consequence and
responsibility.

2.2 - Limitations of use of this manual

This use and maintenance manual was prepared for the series IDN units intended for the European Community
market that bear the CE mark.

This use and maintenance manual does not cover the placing on the market and/or use of the
units in countries that are not part of the European Community and exempts the manufacturer
from any possible consequence and responsibility.

2.3 - Responsability

2.3.1 - Responsibility of the manufacturer

The manufacturer of the unit is responsible for the design, construction, testing and packaging of the unit, in
order to place it on the European Community market. The manufacturer guarantees that the unit is designed,
constructed, tested and packaged in compliance with the essential requirements laid down in the applicable
Community Directives and that an appropriate compliance assessment was performed in this regard.
The unpacking, installation, commissioning, maintenance, disassembly and disposal stages are not borne by the
producer, however, these instructions provide as much useful information as possible in the cited stages of the
equipment life.
All parts of the unit have been designed, manufactured and tested in order to withstand the reasonably
foreseeable stresses in the intended and reasonably foreseeable conditions of use: no safety and/or operation
guarantee can be given if the units are used improperly and in prohibited ways.

The installation, use, maintenance and/or disposal of the equipment in prohibited conditions, not
envisaged and/or in any case other than those intended by the manufacturer, exempts the
manufacturer from any possible consequence and responsibility.
Should the design engineer, installer and/or user not find the technical information necessary for installation, use,
maintenance and/or safe disposal of the unit in this manual or have doubts in relation to the correct installation,
operation, maintenance and/or disposal modalities, the manufacturer must be contacted and notified; the use
and maintenance manual is drawn up to be as complete and clear as possible, in relation to the preparation and
skills of its users.
Failure to understand the contents of this manual or the incomplete understanding of its instructions is enough
to immediately stop any planning including the unit and also the installation, use, maintenance, and/or disposal
of the unit itself.

Should the operators persist in their activities without understanding this use and maintenance
manual perfectly and completely and/or being in possession of all the knowledge and information
needed to perform their activities exempts the manufacturer from any consequences and possible
responsibilities.
