Aufstellen und
Bedienungshinweise
Das Gerät ist mit einer Steckvorrichtung für den
Potentialausgleich ausgerüstet. Lassen Sie
die Erdung ggf. durch sachkundiges Personal
durchführen.
Netzkabel anschließen, Netzstecker bis zum
Anschlag in Netzbuchse des Gerätes
stecken.
Warnung: Das Netzkabel nur in
Steckdosen stecken, die außerhalb des
explosionsgefährdeten Bereiches liegen.
Wasserflasche für Spülung/Insufflation an
XENON 100 anbringen (siehe auch Gebrauchs-
anweisung Videoendoskop).
Warnung: Kontaminationsgefahr! Um
Rückfluss von Wasser in das Gerät zu
vermeiden, muss die Wasserflasche in
der dafür vorgesehenen Halterung fixiert wer-
den. Die gefüllte Wasserflasche darf nicht auf
den Kopf gestellt oder auf ein höheres Niveau
als das Gerät gebracht werden.
WICHTIG: Zum Füllen/Leeren der Wasserflasche
die Flasche von der Lichtquelle entfernen und
Deckel aufdrehen. Weitere Hinweise entnehmen
Sie bitte der Gebrauchsanweisung des zum
Einsatz kommenden Videoendoskops.
Hinweis: Nur zu 2/3 gefüllte Wasserflaschen ver-
wenden (1/3 wird für das Luftdruckpolster benö-
tigt). Weitere Hinweise zur Spülung-/Insufflations-
anwendung entnehmen Sie bitte der Gebrauchs-
anweisung des zum Einsatz kommenden
Videoendoskops.
Installation and
operating instructions
The unit is equipped with a connector for attach-
ing an equipotential wire (redundant grounding
wire) line . The unit's equipotential line should
be installed by a qualified electrician.
Connect the power cord, insert the power plug
into the power supply cord receptacle
as it will go.
Warning: Insert the power cord only into
power sockets located outside areas
subject to explosion hazards.
Caution (US / CAN only): If the power
distribution provides an output of
240 V a center-tapped power installa-
tion is required. Installation shall follow
National Electric Code (NEC).
Connect the water bottle for irrigation/insufflation
to the XENON 100 (see also the instruction man-
ual for the videoscope).
Warning: Danger of contamination! To
avoid reverse flow of water into the unit,
the water bottle must be fixed in the
stand provided. The filled water bottle must not
be placed upside down or positioned at a higher
level than the unit.
IMPORTANT: To fill/empty the water bottle re-
move the bottle from the light source and turn
the lid. For further instructions see the instruction
manual for the videoscope in use.
Note: Only use water bottles that are 2/3 full
(1/3 is needed for the air pressure cushion). For
further instructions regarding irrigation/insuffla-
tion applications, see the instruction manual for
the videoscope in use.

Прибор оснащен штекерным разъемом для вы
равнивания потенциалов . При необходимости
заземление должно устанавливаться квалифи
цированным персоналом.
Подключить соединительный кабель, сетевой

Предупреждение: Сетевой кабель
вставлять в розетку, находящуюся вне
взрывоопасной зоны.
К прибору XENON 100 прикрепить бутыль для
промывания/инсуффляции (см. также инструк
цию по эксплуатации видеоэндоскопа).
Предупреждение: Опасность загряз
нения! Чтобы не допустить оттока воды в
прибор, бутыль для воды должна быть
зафиксирована в предназначенном для нее дер
жателе. Заполненную водой бутыль нельзя ста
вить вверх дном или размещать над прибором.
ВАЖНО: Для заполнения/опорожнения бутыли
ее следует снимать с источника света и только
после этого откручивать крышку. Дальнейшие ре
комендации Вы можете прочесть в инструкции по
эксплуатации соответствующего видеоэндоскопа.
Указание: Бутыль должна быть заполнена
только на 2/3 (1/3 бутыли необходима для воз
душной подушки). Дальнейшие указания Вы най
дете в инструкции по эксплуатации соответст
вующего используемого видеоэндоскопа.
