Tomato salsa
Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 large red peppers
2 large yellow peppers
1 tin peeled tomatoes
2 onions
Method:
Wash, clean and dice the vegetables. Peel the onions and cut into small pieces. Chop and deseed the
chillies and cut into fine strips.
Set the temperature controller (11) to 3 (Cooking).
Put all the ingredients in the cooking bowl (5) and allow to simmer for about 30 minutes.
Then adjust the temperature controller (11) to level 1 (Warming) and allow the salsa to simmer for
another 60 minutes.
The salsa can be enjoyed warm or cold.
Perfect with: nachos
Vegetable frittata
Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 courgettes
2 peppers
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
Method:
Wash and dice the vegetables. Peel the onions and garlic and chop finely.
Set the temperature controller (11) to 5 (Frying/Roasting).
