Front fork l u b rication

To change the fluid in the front forks proceed as follows:
•
place the machine on the centre stan
•
loosen the side clamp bolts «C» holding the steer­
ing head and the fork together;
•
undo the top nut « 8 » ; remove the drain plug
•
push the front of the machine downwards, this will
force the top nut «8» out of the tube;
•
refit the drain plug «A» and fill the fork with (70 cc of
« Agip ATF Dexron») pour the fluid into the space
between the fork and the damper assembly;
•
release the front of the machine, refit the top nut « 8»
and then tighten the side clamp bolts. Repeat the whole
operation for the other fork leg.
G reasing
To grease:
•
steering bearings;
•
swinging arm bearings;
•
control rod joints ;
•
centre/side stand fittings.

Pour remplacer Ie liquide contenu dans les bras de la
i I
fourche AV, faut:
•
placer la moto sur la bequille centr
la vis laterale «C» de blocage entre la tete de direction
et la fourche;
•
devisser Ie bouchon superieur « 8 » , ensuite faire
sortir Ie bouchon «A .. ;
•
incliner legerement vers Ie bas avant du vehicule
pour faire sortir Ie bouchon « 8 » ;
•
remettre Ie bouchon «A» et introdulre Ie IIqUide
prescrit (70 cm3 «Agip ATF Dexron ») dans I'e
entre Ie diametre interieur de la fourche et, la tlge de
I'amortisseur.
•
remettre Ie bouchon « 8»apres avoir souleve I'avant
de la moto puis bloquer
Repeter ces operations de I'autre cote de la fourche.
Autres lubrifications
Pour I e graissage des :
•
roulements de la colonne de direction;
•
roulements du bras oscillant;
•
articulations des organes de transmission ;
•
articulations des bequilles.
Utiliser de la graise: «Agip Grease 30 ...
