Adjusting the controller to the transmitter stick travel, programming the main functions, setting
the supplementary functions back to their default values:
If the controller is to work properly then all the throttle functions shoud be set to normal (Futaba
"REVERSE"), and travel to 100%.
The receiver puls width must be longer at full throttle compare to the neutral point. The values of
the full throttle, neutral point and full brake position can be checked and adjusted with the PC-
Software.
Adjusting the controller to the exact transmitter stick travel, and setting the additional functions
presettings to specific track conditions(modes 0-8):
- Mode 0
(forward, with brakes): for LiPo/NiMH-batteries, softgas, softbrake for airplanes, PRO10
factory settings: Timing 30°, MAXREVERSE = 100, RESERVED = 2 (new brake software deactivated,
LiPo cut-off voltage), AMPLIMIT = 200A, STARTAMP = 120A, AUTOBRAKE = 0%, BRAKE MIN = 20%,
BRAKE MAX = 100%
Modes 1-4 with new brake software for softer and more easy braking at races.
- Mode 1
(forward, with brakes): for NiMH-batteries for tracks stock classes and optimized for 4-5 cells.
factory settings: Timing 30°, MAXREVERSE = 100, RESERVED = 22 (new brake software, about 4V
cut-off voltage), FREQUENCY=1, AMPLIMIT = 250A, STARTAMP = 120A, AUTOBRAKE = 0%, BRAKE
MIN = 20%, BRAKE MAX = 100%
- Mode 2
(forward, with brakes): for NiMH-batteries for tracks with normal grip, with new brake software
factory settings: Timing 30°, MAXREVERSE = 100, RESERVED = 22, about 4V cut-off voltage),
FREQUENCY=1, AMPLIMIT = 200A, STARTAMP = 120A, AUTOBRAKE = 0%, BRAKE MIN = 20%,
BRAKE MAX = 100%
- Mode 3
(forward, with brakes): for LiPo-batteries and NiMH-batteries for tracks with low grip.
factory settings: Timing 30°, MAXREVERSE =100, RESERVED = 18 (LiPo cut-off, new brake software),
FREQUENCY=9, AMPLIMIT = 150A, STARTAMP = 100A, AUTOBRAKE = 0%, BRAKE MIN = 20%,
BRAKE MAX = 80%, FULLBRAKE = 100%
- Mode 4
(forward with brakes, reverse available): for NiMH-batteries or LiPo-cells
factory settings: Timing 30°, MAXREVERSE =100%, (LiPo-cut-off deactivated), RESERVED = 18 (about
4V cut-off voltage), FREQUENCY=1, AMPLIMIT = 150A, STARTAMP = 120A, AUTOBRAKE = 0%,
BRAKE MIN = 20%, BRAKE MAX = 100%
- Mode 5
(forward with brakes, reverse available): for NiMH-batteries or two LiPo-cells
factory settings: Timing 30°, MAXREVERSE =100%, RESERVED = 6 (about 4V cut-off voltage, normal
brake software), FREQUENCY=1, AMPLIMIT = 200A, STARTAMP = 120A, AUTOBRAKE = 0%,
BRAKE MIN = 20%, BRAKE MAX = 100%
Modes for SPORT/STOCK-Klasse for variable motor timing with hall sensors:
- Mode 6
(forward, with brakes): for NiMH-batteries for tracks with normal grip.
factory settings: Timing 30°, MAXREVERSE = 100, RESERVED = 22 (new brake software, about 4V
cut-off voltage), FREQUENCY=1, AMPLIMIT = 200A, STARTAMP = 120A, AUTOBRAKE = 0%, BRAKE

- Mode 7
(forward, with brakes): for NiMH-batteries for tracks with medium grip.
factory settings: Timing 30°, MAXREVERSE = 100, RESERVED = 6 (about 4V cut-off voltage),
FREQUENCY=1, AMPLIMIT = 150A, STARTAMP = 120A, AUTOBRAKE = 0%, BRAKE MIN = 20%,
BRAKE MAX = 100%, variable timing with sensors +0°/+30°
- Mode 8
(forward, with brakes): for LiPo-batteries and NiMH-batteries for tracks with very low grip.
factory settings: Timing 30°, MAXREVERSE = 100, RESERVED = 2 (LiPo-Mode), FREQUENCY=9,
AMPLIMIT = 120A, STARTAMP = 120A, AUTOBRAKE = 20%, BRAKE MIN = 20%, BRAKE MAX =
