Montaggio saltarello fissa marce ed albero comando cambio
Rimontare il tamburo (1) con la vite (2) (28 Nm-2,85 Kgm-20.6 ft/lb+LOCTITE
242). Montare il rocchetto (3) e la piastrina (4) fissando con le viti (5) (9,3 Nm-
0,95 Kgm-6.8 ft/lb+LOCTITE 242). Verificare un gioco assiale di 0,3 mm.
Montare il saltarello (6) con la molla (7) e la piastrina con la vite (8) (28 Nm-
2,85 Kgm-20.6 ft/lb).
Prima di ancorare la molla agli appositi agganci, verificare il corretto
movimento del saltarello.
Montare l'albero comando selettore (9);
- verificare il corretto funzionamento del cambio montando
momentaneamente il pedale di comando;
- lubrificare il tutto con olio motore.

Reassemble the drum (1) with the screw (2) (28 Nm-2,85 Kgm-20.6 ft/
lb+LOCTITE 242). Mount the sprocket (3) and the plate (4) using the screws
(5) (9,3 Nm-0,95 Kgm-6.8 ft/lb+LOCTITE 242). Check for an axial play of 0,3
mm (0.012 in.). Install the click (6) with its spring (7) and the plate with the
screw (8) (28 Nm-2,85 Kgm-20.6 ft/lb).
Check for the click proper operation, before anchoring the spring to
the related hooks.
Assemble the gearbox control shaft (9);
- momentarily install the control lever and check the gearbox for proper
operation;
- lubricate the assembly with engine oil.

Remonter le tambour (1) avec la vis (2) (28 Nm-2,85 Kgm-20.6 ft/lb+LOCTITE
242). Monter le pignon (3) et la plque (4) en les fixant avec les vis (5) (9,3 Nm-
0,95 Kgm-6.8 ft/lb+LOCTITE 242). Verifier qu'il y ait un jeu axial de 0,3 mm.
Monter la sauterelle (6) avec le ressort (7) et la plaque avec la vis (8) (28 Nm-
2,85 Kgm-20.6 ft/lb).
Avant d'accrocher le ressort à ses crichets, vérifier que le
mouvement de la sauterelle est correcte.
Monter l'arbre de commande sélecteur de vitesse (9);
- vérifier le bon fontionnement du changement de vitesse en montant
moméntanement le pédale de commande;
- lubrifier avec huile moteur.
