Smontaggio frizione

Interporre tra i denti della trasmissione primaria uno spessore in alluminio (in
modo da impedirne la rotazione) e con una chiave da 8 mm svitare le sei viti (1)
di tenuta delle molle frizione. Rimuovere le rosette, le molle, il piatto
spingidischi (2), la rosetta, il cuscinetto assiale e il pacco dei dischi (A).
Recuperare all'interno dell'albero primario cambio il piattello di spinta (3), la
sfera (4) e l'asta (5).
Raddrizzare la rosetta (6) sul dado del mozzo portadischi. Mantenendo fermo il
mozzo frizione con l'attrezzo (B) cod. 800039524, rimuovere il dado (7) con una
chiave da 27 mm. Sfilare il mozzo portadischi (8), il distanziale scanalato (9), la
campana frizione (10).
Disassembly of clutch
Set an aluminium shim among primary transmission teeth (in order to prevent
its rotation). Use a 8 mm wrench to loosen the six screws (1) which fix cluctch
springs. Remove washers, springs, spring pressure plate (2), washer, axial
bearing, and disc pack (A). From primary shaft gearbox, recover rod (3), ball
(4), and pressure plate (5).
Straighter the safety washer (6) on the nut of the discs hub. Hold the clutch
hub steady with the tool (B) Code 800039524 and remove the nut (7) with a 27
mm. wrench. Remove the clutch hub (8), the grooved spacer (9), the clutch
bell (10).
