Rimontaggio del carter

Posizionare il carter sinistro sulla piastra di supporto (attrezzo
codice 8000 90662);
- lubrificare con olio motore ed inserire l'albero motore nel carter
sinistro;
- lubrificare con olio motore e montare il contralbero;
- montare il gruppo cambio controllando che le quote di
montaggio corrispondano a quelle indicate nelle figure delle
pagine H.9 e H.11;
- inserire il tamburo guida forcelle;
- montare le forcelle cambio con il rilievo cilindrico all'interno
della corrispondente cava del tamburo guida forcelle.
Montare la forcella (A) larga 28 mm sull'albero primario
e quelle (B) larghe 25 mm sull'albero secondario.
Inserire il comando a cremagliera nel tamburo guida forcelle
facendo corrispondere i fermagli con le rispettive sedi;
- introdurre i perni (1) nelle forcelle tenendo presente che il più
lungo va nelle due forcelle sull'albero secondario ed il più corto
nella forcella sull'albero primario.
Reassembly of crankcase
Position the L.H. crankcase on the holding plate (service tool
code 8000 90662);
- lubricate with engine oil and insert the crankshft in the L.H.
crankcase;
- lubricate with engine oil and install the balancing shaft;
- install the gearbox unit and check that the assembling
dimensions correspond to those shown at pages H.9 and H.11;
- install the fork guide drum;
- install the gearbox forks with the cylindrical relief inside the
relevant seating on the fork guide drum.
Place the fork (A) with width of 28 mm (1.1 in.) on the
primary shaft and the forks (B) with width of 25 mm (0.98 in.)
on the auxiliary shaft.
Insert the rack-type control in the fork guide drum, with the
relevant clips coincident with the respective seatings;
- insert the pins (1) in the forks: mount the longer one on the two
forks of the auxiliary shaft and the shorter on the main shaft.

Remontage du carter

Placer le carter gauche sur la plaque de support pour
vl'assemblage (outil code 8000 90662);
- lubrifier avec huile moteur et mettre l'arbre moteur dans le
carter gauche;
- lubrifier avec huile moteur et assembler l'arbre d'equilibrage;
- assembler le groupe changement de vitesse contrôlant que
les quotes du montage correspondent à cettes indiquées dans
les figures à page H.9 et H.11;
- mettre le tambour guide-fourche;
- assembler les fourches (1) changement de vitesse avec relief
cylindrique à l'intétieur de l'enclenche du tambour guide-fourche
correspondente.
Monter la fourche (A) avec largeur de 28 mm sur l'arbre

primaire et celles (B) avec largeur de 25 mm sur l'arbre
secondaire.
Placer la commande à cremaillère dans le tambour guide-
fourche en faisant correspondre chaque arrêt à son siège;
- placer les pivots (1) dans les fourches en se rapellant que que
le plus long doit être placé dans les deux fourches sur l'arbre
secondaire et le plus court doit être placé dans la fourche sur
l'abre primaire.
Wiederzusammensetzung der Kurbelgehäuses
Das L.Kurbelgehäuse auf die Montageplatte positionieren, die
als Ausstattung geliefert wurde (Werkzueg Kennzeichnung 8000
90662);
- mit Öl Motor schmieren und die Antriebswelle in den L.
Kurbelgehäuse montieren;
- mit Öl Motor schmieren und den Getriebegruppe montieren;
- die Getriebesatz montieren und kontrollieren Sie daß, die
Montagehöhen den im Bild der Seiten H.9 und H.11 gezeigten
Höhen entsprechen;
- die Getriebegabeln mit dem Wulst innerhalb der
entsprechenden Nute der Gabelführungstrommel montieren.
Die Gabel (A) mit Breite von 28 mm auf der Hauptwelle
und die Gabel (B) mit Breite von 25 mm auf der
Vorgelegewelle montieren.
Die Zahnstangesteuerung in die Gabelführungstrommel
einsetzen, wobei man die Klammer mit den entsprechenden
Sitzen übereinstimmen laßt;
- die Bolzen (1) in die Gabel einsetzen, wobei man sich vor
Augen hält, daß die längste in die zwei auf den Vorgelegewelle
Gabel und die kürzeste in die Gabel der Hauptwelle eingesetzt
werden müssen.
