Rimontaggio statore e pick-up

Montare lo statore in modo che la piastrina di tenuta del cavo risulti di fronte
alla sede del pick-up;
- rimontare il pick-up sul coperchio del generatore e verificare la distanza tra il
pick-up ed il rotore.
Utilizzare per questa operazione l'attrezzo (A) codice 8000 90674 applicato sul
coperchio generatore, come mostra la figura;
- allentare le due viti (2) di fissaggio della piastrina del pick-up (B) e portare
quest'ultimo a sfiorare la superficie esterna (C) dell'attrezzo;
- verificare, ruotando quest'ultimo, che il pick-up non vada ad interferire con
l'attrezzo;
- bloccare le viti (1) di fissaggio statore (6 Nm-0,6 Kgm-4.3 ft/lb+LOCTITE
272);
- bloccare le viti (2) di fissaggio pick-up (3 Nm-0,3 Kgm-2.2 ft/lb+LOCTITE
243).
Reassembly of stator and pick-up
Mount the stator so that the cable holding plate is in front of the pick-up
location;
- reassemble the pick-up on the generator cover and check the gap between
the pick-up and the rotor.
For this operation, use the service tool (A) code no. 8000 90674 assembled
on the generator cover, as shown in the picture;
- loosen the two pick-up (B) plate fastening screws (2) then bring the pick-up
to skim the outside surface (C) of the tool;
- rotate the tool and check that the it does not interfere with the pick-up;
- tighten the stator fastening screws (1) (6 Nm-0,6 Kgm-4.3 ft/lb+LOCTITE
272);
- tighten the pick-up fastening screws (2) (3 Nm-0,3 Kgm-2.2 ft/lb+LOCTITE
243).
