Registrazione ammortizzatore
Registrazione precarico molla ammortizzatore
Procedere nel modo seguente:
1- Effettuare lo "Stacco telaietto posteriore completo di parafango" come descritto
a pag. E.14;
2. Pulire la controghiera (1) e la ghiera di registro (2) della molla.
3. Allentare la controghiera per mezzo di una chiave a gancio o con un
punzone in alluminio.
4. Ruotare la ghiera di registro sino alla posizione desiderata.
5. Effettuata la registrazione, bloccare fermamente la controghiera (coppia
di serraggio 5 Kgm).
Registrazione freno idraulico ammortizzatore
A) COMPRESSIONE - Taratura standard:
1) bassa velocità di ammortizzazione: tutto aperto (registro 3)
2) alta velocità di ammortizzazione: tutto aperto (registro 4)
Per ottenere una frenatura più dura, ruotare i registri in senso orario.
B) ESTENSIONE - Taratura standard:
• TE 610: -20 scatti (± 2 scatti)
• SM 610: -26 scatti (± 2 scatti)
Qualora si dovesse ripristinare la taratura standard, ruotare il registro
inferiore (5) in senso orario sino alla posizione di tutto chiuso, quindi tornare
indietro degli scatti sopracitati. Per ottenere una frenatura piu dolce, ruotare il
registro in senso antiorario; agire inversamente per ottenere una frenatura piu
dura.

Adjusting the shock absorber spring preload
Proceed as follows:
1- Remove "The rear frame with fender" as shown on page E.14.
2. Clean ringnut (1) and adjusting nut (2) of the spring.
3. Either with a hook wrench or an aluminium punch, loosen the ringnut .
4. Turn the adjusting nut as required.
5. When the adjusting operation is over, tighten the ringnut. (Torque for both
ringnuts: 5 Kgm; 49 Nm; 36.2 ft/lb).
Shock absorber hydraulic brake adjustment
A) COMPRESSION - Standard adjustment:
1) Low damping speed: maximum open (adjuster 3)
2) High damping speed: maximum open (adjuster 4)
In order to obtain an harder braking action turn the adjusters clockwise.
B) EXTENSION - Standard calibration:
• TE 610: -20 clicks ± 2 clicks)
• SM 610: -26 clicks ± 2 clicks)
To reset the standard calibration, turn lower adjuster (5) clockwise until
reaching fully closed position.
Return then back for the mentioned clicks. In order to obtain a smooth
braking action, turn the register anticlockwise. Reverse the operation in order
to obtain a harder braking action.
La lunghezza standard "L"della molla
precaricata è la seguente:
Standard pre-loaded lenght "L"of spring:
234,5÷237,5 mm (9.23÷9.35 in.)
