Rimontaggio albero a camme

Inserire la catena sull'ingranaggio (1) tenendo quest'ultimo appoggiato alla
parete interna della testa e con la tacca rivolta verso l'esterno ed allineata con il
piano d'appoggio coperchio testa;
- lubrificare con olio motore le camme ed inserire l'albero distribuzione nell'ingra-
naggio condotto rispettando la fasatura indicata nella figura;
- sostituire e serrare le due viti (2): 25 Nm-2.55 Kgm-18.4 ft/lb (+LOCTITE
242).
Reassembly of camshaft
Fit the chain into the gear (1) while resting the gear on the inside wall of the head
and with the notch on the outside and aligned with the head cover mating surface;
- lubricate the cams with engine oil and insert the camshaft on the gear following
the timing as shown in the picture;
- replace and tighten the two screws (2): 25 Nm-2.55 Kgm-18.4 ft/lb (+LOCTITE
242).
Remontage arbre à cames
Introduire la chaine sur l'engrenage (1) en maintenant ce dernier contre la paroi
intérieure de la culasse et avec le encoche orientée vers l'extérieur et dans
l'alignement du plan d'applui du couvercle de la culasse;
- lubrifier avec huile moteur les cames et insérer l'arbre distribution
dans l'engrenage en observant le calage indiqué dans la figure;
- remplacer et serre les vis (2): 25 Nm-2.55 Kgm-18.4 ft/lb (+LOCTITE 242).
Wiederzusammensetzung der Nockenwelle
Die Kette am Getriebe (1) einsetzen, indemm man das letztere gegen die
Innenwand des Zylinderkopf, wobei die beiden Kerbene nach aussen gerichtet
und mit der Auflageflache des Zylinderkopfdeckels ausgerichtet sein müssen;
- mit Öl Motor die Nocken und den Nockenwelle einstecken, wobei man die Bild
gezeigten Steuerzeiten achet;
- die zwei Schrauben (2) ersetzen und verschließen: 25 Nm-2.55 Kgm-18.4 ft/lb
(+LOCTITE 242).
Reensamblaje eje de levas
Introduzca la cadena en el engranaje (1) teniendo este último apoyado a la pared
interior de la culata y con la muesca vuelve hacia el estreno y allineatacon el plan
de apoyo tapa culata;
- lubricar con en aceite motor las levas y introduzca el eje distribución en el
engrenaje de manera que se respecta la fasatura indicada en la figura;
- reemplazar y cerrar los dos tornillos (2): 25 Nm-2.55 Kgm-18.4 ft/lb (+LOCTITE
242).
