Controllo teleruttore avviamento
Scollegare il connettore (A) del relè d'avviamento. Scollegare i cavi dal polo negativo della
batteria onde evitare corto circuiti durante lo smontaggio.
Scollegare i fili del motorino di avviamento e del cavo positivo della batteria sul relè
stesso. Applicare 12 Volt ai terminali (1) e (2) sul relè e controllare la continuità tra i
terminali B-M. Non applicare il voltaggio della batteria al relè dell'avviamento per più
di 5 secondi in quanto esso si potrebbe surriscaldare subendo danni
all'avvolgimento. Utilizzando un multitester controllare se l'avvolgimento è "aperto" o se
è presente una resistenza. L'avvolgimento è in buone condizioni se il valore della
resistenza rilevato è come indicato di seguito.
Indicazione manopola tester: Ohm
Resistenza relè avviamento. Standard: 3-6
.
Electric start remote control switch check
Disconnect the starter relay coupling (A). Disconnect the cables from the positive and
negative poles of the battery to avoid short circuits during assembly. Disconnect the
cables of the starter motor and the positive cable of the battery from the relay. Apply 12
volts to the terminals (1) and (2) of the relay and check the continuity between terminals
B-M. Do not apply the battery voltage to the starter relay for more than five seconds
to avoid overheating and therefore damaging the winding. Using a multi-tester, check
that the winding is on open circuit or if a resistance is present. The winding is in good
condition if the value of the resistance revealed is as indicated.
Multi-tester dial indication: Ohm
Starter relay resistance. Standard: 3 – 6 .
Contrôle du télérupteur mise en marche électrique
Débrancher le coupleur (A) du relais de démarrage. Débrancher les câbles du pôle
négatif de la batterie afin d'éviter des courts-circuits pendant le démontage. Débrancher
les fils du démarreur et du câble positif de la batterie sur le relais même. Appliquer 12
Volts Aux bornes (1) et (2) sur le relais et contrôler la continuité entre les bornes B-M. Ne
pas appliquer le voltage de la batterie au relais du démarrage pendant plus de 5
secondes parce qu'il pourrait surchauffer subissant des dégâts au bobinage. En

utilisant un testeur multiple contrôler si le bobinage est "ouvert" ou s'il se présente une

résistance. Le bobinage est en bon état si la valeur de la résistance relevée est telle

Den Koppler (A) vom Startrelais lösen.
Um Kurzschlüsse während des Ausbaus zu vermeiden, die Anlasserdrähte und den
Positivkabel der Batterie (am Relais selbst) lösen.
1= GROUND
Den Relais-Endverschlüssen (1) und (2) 12 V zuführen und den Stromdurchgang
2= + 12 v
zwischen den Endverschlüssen B-M kontrollieren.
Die Batteriespannung nicht länger als 5 Senkungen am Anlasser anlegen, da dieser
heisslaufen könnte und die Wicklungen
beschädigt werden. Mit einem Tester überprüfen, ob die Wicklung 'offen' oder ein
Widerstand vorhanden ist. Die Wicklung befindet sich in gutem Zustand, wenn der erfaßte
Widerstandswert wie folgt aufscheint:.
Testergriffeinstellung: Ohm
Startrelaiswiderstand: Standard: 3-6

Desconectar el acoplador (A) del relé de arranque. Desconectar los cables del polo
negativo de la batería para evitar corto circuito durante el desmontaje. Desconectar los
cables del motor de arranque y del cable positivo de la batería en el mismo relé. Aplicar
12 Voltios al terminal (1) y (2) en el relé y controlar la continuidad entre los terminales B-
M. No aplicar el voltaje de la batería al relé de arranque por mas de 5 segundos
puesto que podría recalentarse y dañar el bobinado. Utilizando un multímetro
controlar si el bobinado está "abierto" o si hay una resistencia. El bobinado se encuentra
en buen estado si el valor de la resistencia es como indicado a continuación.
Indicación multímetro: Ohm
Resistencia del relé de arranque. Estándar: 3-6
