CAUTION

Do not lubricate Auxiliary Switch, Signaling
Switches, Coils, Motor and secondary disconnects.
Failure to comply with these instructions may
result in product damage.
5.6 Power Terminals and Busbar
Inspection
1. Inspect insulating parts for cracks.
2. Clean dust/dirt with dry cloth.
3. Tighten screws/nuts to proper torque.
4. Inspect terminal joints for signs of overheating
and oxidation.
5.7 Lubrication
Ensure all metal-to-metal friction surfaces are
kept lubricated:
1. Remove old lubrication and dirt.
2. Apply Molecote 4700.
3. Wipe off excess lubrication.
5.8 TESTING
Trip Unit Testing
1. Test the circuit breaker operation against
selected protection settings using a Trip Unit
Test Box (optional accessory).
2. Continuity check the Mechanical Trip Alarm (if
installed), while test box tripping the Trip Unit.
3. If Installed:
-- Run a continuity check on installed
Ground/Earth-Fault protection devices with or
without external sensors and/or connections.

Schmieren Sie niemals Hilfsschalter, Meldeschalter,
Spulen/Magnete, Antriebsmotoren oder die
Hilfstrennblöcke.
Die Nichteinhaltung dieser Anweisungen kann
zu Schäden am Produkt führen.
5.6 Hauptanschlüsse und
Sammelschienen-Inspektion
1. Überprüfen Sie isolierenden Teile auf Risse.
2. Säubern Sie die Teile von Staub / Schmutz mit
einem trockenen Tuch.
3. Ziehen Sie Schrauben / Muttern mit
angemessenem Drehmoment nach.
4. Untersuchen Sie die Anschlussverbindungen
auf Anzeichen einer Überhitzung oder Oxidation.
5.7 Schmierung
Stellen Sie sicher, alle Metall- auf
Metalloberflächen mit Reibung geschmiert sind:
1. Entfernen Sie die alte Schmierung und
Schmutz.
2. Verwenden Sie Molykote 4700.
3. Wischen Sie überschüssiges Fett ab.
5.8 TESTS
Auslöseeinheiten-Test
1. Testen Sie die Leistungsschalter-Einstellungen
mit den ausgewählten Schutzeinstellungen mit
einem Auslöser-Testkoffer (optionales Zubehör).
2. Überprüfen Sie den mechanischen
Auslösungsalarm (falls installiert) kontinuierlich,
während der Testkoffer die Auslöseeinheit
auslöst.
3. Wenn installiert:
-- Führen Sie einen Kontinuitätstest an der
installierten Masse / Erdschluss-
Schutzausrüstung mit oder ohne externe
Wandler und / oder Anschlüsse durch.

ATTENZIONE
Non lubrificare i contatti ausiliari, i contatti di
segnalazione, le bobine, i motori e le morsettiere di
sezionamento ausiliarie.
Il mancato rispetto di queste istruzioni può
causare danni al prodotto.
5.6 Controllo dei morsetti di
alimentazione e delle sbarre
1. Controllare l'assenza di crepe nelle parti
isolanti.
2. Pulire la polvere e lo sporco con un panno
asciutto.
3. Stringere viti e dadi con la coppia appropriata.
4. Controllare l'assenza di segni di ossidazione o
sovrariscaldamento sui giunti terminali.
5.7 Lubrificazione
Controllare che le superfici metalliche soggette a
frizione siano lubrificate:
1. Rimuovere l'olio lubrificante e lo sporco.
2. Applicare il lubrificante Molecule 4700.
3. Togliere il lubrificante in eccesso.
5.8 TEST
Test del Relè di Protezione
1. Verificare il funzionamento delle impostazioni
di protezione dell'interruttore utilizzando il Unità
di test per Relè di Protezione (accessorio
opzionale).
2. Controllare la continuità del contatto di
allarme di guasto meccanico (se installato),
mentre l' Unità di test provoca l'intervento del
Relè di Protezione.
3. Se installato:
– Effettuare un test di continuità sui dispositivi di
protezione di guasto a terra/massa con o senza
collegamenti e sensori esterni.
