4.4.7 Earthing device
(optional)
To allow either the outgoing cables or busbars to
be safely held at earth potential and locked
during system maintenance. After removal of
the Draw Out clusters the same device can be
mounted on the moving portion of the
drawout device. The use of the separately
available Cluster Pliers is necessary.
Kit Content
-- A Grounding Bar with spring pressure
grounding contact and M10 size fixation
hardware.
Installation
Upper Cluster Contact Grounding
1. Remove the upper cluster contacts (A) at the
rear of the circuit breaker, using the provided
cluster pliers (Fig. B).
2. Position the grounding bar on the exposed
top terminals top surface, ensuring the spring-
loaded grounding contact is facing left when
viewed from the rear.
3. Install bolts and washers using the threads in
the grounding bar, one bolt per pole. Torque to
30 Nm.

The spring loaded grounding contact will
engage with the top fixed grounded contact
block in cassette when the breaker is racked to
connected position.
Lower Cluster Contact Set Grounding
1. Remove the lower cluster contacts
of the circuit breaker, using the provided cluster
pliers.
2. Position the grounding bar on the exposed
bottom terminals top surface, ensuring the
spring-loaded grounding contact is facing left
when viewed from the rear.
3. Install bolts and washers using the threads in
the grounding bar, one bolt per pole. Torque to
30 Nm.
4.
The spring loaded grounding contact will
engage with the bottom fixed grounded contact
block in cassette when the breaker is racked to
connected position.

4.4.7 Leistungsschaltererdung
(optional)
Wird für die Erdung der Leistungsschalter-
Anschlüsse bei Arbeiten an der Anlage benötigt.
Nach Entfernung der Einfahrkontakte kann die
Leistungsschaltererdung eingesetzt werden. Eine
Einfahrkontaktzange kann für die Arbeiten
erworben werden.
Bausatzinhalt
-- Eine Erdungsschiene mit Federandruck-
Erdungskontakt und Schraube M10 und
Unterlegscheiben.
Montage
Obere Einfahrkontakt-Erdung
1. Entfernen Sie die oberen Einfahrkontakte (A)
auf der Rückseite des Leistungsschalters mit der
Einfahrkontakt-Zange (Abb. B).
2. Positionieren Sie die Erdungsschiene an die
freiliegende obere Anschlüssefläche,
sicherstellend das der federgespannte
Erdungskontakt links gegenüber steht, wenn sie
von hinten schauen.
3. Installiere Bolzen und Unterlegscheibe mit
dem Gewinde in der Erdungsschiene, ein Bolzen
pro Pol. Drehmoment bis 30 Nm.
4. Die federgespannte Erdungsschiene kuppelt
mit dem oberen festen geerdetem Kontaktblock
im Einschubträger, wenn der Leistungsschalter
in die Betriebsstellung kommt.
Untere Einfahrkontakt-Erdung
1. Entfernen Sie die unteren Einfahrkontakte an
at the rear
der Rückseite des Leistungsschalters mit der
Einfahrkontaktzange.
2. Positionieren Sie die Erdungsschiene an die
freiliegende unteren Anschlüssefläche,
sicherstellend das der federgespannte
Erdungskontakt links gegenüber steht, wenn sie
von hinten schauen.
3. Installiere Bolzen und Unterlegscheibe mit
dem Gewinde in der Erdungsschiene, ein Bolzen
pro Pol. Drehmoment bis 30 Nm.
4. Die federgespannte Erdungsschiene kuppelt
mit dem unteren festen geerdetem Kontaktblock
im Einschubträger, wenn der Leistungsschalter
in die Betriebsstellung kommt.

4.4.7 Dispositivo di messa a terra
(opzionale)
Consente di collegare e bloccare al potenziale di
terra in modo sicuro sia i cavi in uscita sia le
sbarre durante la manutenzione del sistema.
Dopo avere rimosso i blocchi a contatti
striscianti estraibili, lo stesso dispositivo può
essere montato sulla parte mobile
dell'interruttore in esecuzione estraibile. È
necessario l'uso delle pinze per blocchi a contatti
striscianti disponibile separatamente.

-- Una sbarra di terra di messa a terra con
contatto a molla e minuteria M10
Installazione
Messa a terra del blocco a contatti striscianti
superiore
1. Rimuovere il blocco a contatti striscianti
superiore (A) sul retro dell'interruttore, utilizzando
la pinza (Fig. B).
2. Posizionare la barra di messa a terra sulla
superficie superiore dei contatti superiori
esposti, controllando che il contatto a molla di
messa a terra sia rivolto a sinistra se visto da
dietro.
3. Installare i bulloni e le rondelle nei filetti della
sbarra di messa a terra, una vite per polo.
Serrare con una coppia di 30 Nm.
4. Il contatto di messa a terra a molla si fisserà
nel blocco di contatti fissi superiori messi a terra
nella parte fissa quando l'interruttore viene
manovrato in posizione CONNECTED.
Messa a terra del blocco a contatti striscianti
inferiore
1. Rimuovere il blocco a contatti striscianti
inferiore sul retro dell'interruttore, utilizzando la
pinza.
2. Posizionare la barra di messa a terra sulla
superficie superiore dei contatti inferiori esposti,
controllando che il contatto a molla di messa a
terra sia rivolto a sinistra se visto da dietro.
3. Installare i bulloni e le rondelle nei filetti della
sbarra di messa a terra, una vite per polo.
Serrare con una coppia di 30 Nm.
4. Il contatto di messa a terra a molla si fisserà
nel blocco di contatti fissi inferiori messi a terra
nella parte fissa quando l'interruttore viene
manovrato in posizione CONNECTED.
