- Secondary Disconnect extra „Block B" part on
breaker.
Use the following procedure to install the
Drawout Secondary Disconnect accessory into
the Circuit Breaker.
Installation of Breaker top Secondary
disconnect:
1. Turn the breaker off and discharge the closing
springs by depressing the OFF and ON buttons in
the sequence OFF-ON-OFF. Verify that the
breaker OFF-ON indicator shows OFF on a green
background and that the charge indicator
shows DISCHARGE on a white background.
If installing in a draw-out type breaker remove
breaker from adaptor (cassette) before
continuing.
2. The breaker should be safely isolated and fully
removed from the cassette.
3. Place the secondary disconnect block on the
mounting bracket and assemble the two
mounting screws as shown in Fig. 5 & 6.
4. Push the secondary disconnect block toward
the back of the mounting plate of the breaker
and ensure it is inline with the first block as
shown in Fig. 7.

- Hilfstrennblock extra „Block B" am
Leistungsschalter
Gehen Sie wie folgt vor, um die Hilfstrennblöcke
des Einschubträgers für den Leistungsschalter
zu montieren.
Installation der Leistungsschalter mit oberen
sekundären Hilfstrennblöcken:
1. Schalten Sie den Leistungsschalter AUS (OFF)
und entlasten sie die Antriebsfedern, indem Sie
zunächst auf die Schalterflächen OFF und ON in
der Reihenfolge OFF-ON-OFF drücken. Stellen Sie
sicher, dass der Leistungsschalter-Indikator OFF
auf einem grünen Hintergrund zeigt und das die
Spannanzeige -DISCHARGE- auf einem weißen
Hintergrund zeigt. Bei einem Hilfstrennblock in
einem Ausfahrtechnik-Leistungsschalter,
entfernen Sie den Schalter aus dem
Einschubträger, bevor Sie fortfahren.
2. Der Leistungsschalter muss vollständig
isoliert aus der Kassette entfernt werden.
3. Setzen Sie den Hilfstrennblock auf die
Befestigungshalterung und montieren Sie die
beiden Montageschrauben ein, wie in Abb. 5 & 6.
4. Drücken den Hilfstrennblock in Richtung der
Rückseite der Montageplatte des
Leistungsschalters und stellen Sie sicher, dass er
mit dem ersten Block in einer Linie, wie in Abb. 7
dargestellt, ist.

Morsettiera di sezionamento ausiliario extra
"morsettiera B" - lato interruttore
Utilizzare la seguente procedura per installare la
morsettiera di sezionamento estraibile
sull'interruttore.
Installazione morsettiera di sezionamento
ausiliaria lato interruttore
1. Spegnere l'interruttore e scaricare le molle di
chiusura premendo i pulsanti ON e OFF secondo
la sequenza OFF-ON-OFF. Verificare che
l'indicatore OFF- ON dell'interruttore mostri uno
sfondo verde e che l'indicatore di carica mostri
DISCHARGE su uno sfondo bianco.
Se l'installazione riguarda un interruttore in
esecuzione estraibile rimuovere l'interruttore
dall'adattatore (parte fissa) prima di continuare.
2. L'interruttore deve essere isolato in modo
sicuro e deve essere completamente estratto
dalla parte fissa.
3. Posizionare la morsettiera di sezionamento
ausiliaria sulla staffa di fissaggio e assemblare le
due viti di montaggio come mostrato in Fig. 5e 6.
4. Spingere la morsettiera di sezionamento
ausiliaria verso il fondo della piastra di
montaggio dell'interruttore e assicurarsi che sia
in linea con la prima morsettiera, come mostrato
in Fig. 7.
