7. Using the supplied screws, fit the cover onto
the mechanism.
8. If the locking mechanism device has been
supplied factory fitted . Remount the mechanism
with its cover into the breaker, making sure that
the operating lever moves freely and interacts
correctly with the breaker mechanism. (Fig. D)
9. If supplied as a field mountable kit carefully
removed the dummy lock cover from the
breaker . Mount the Lock mechanism with its
cover into the breaker, making sure that the
operating lever moves freely and interacts
correctly with the breaker mechanism. (See Fig.
D+E)
10. Replace the breakers fascia/front cover as
indicated elsewhere in this section.
11. Ensure the fascia is aligned properly with the
trip unit and the pad lock features of the breaker.
12. Fasten the 6 mounting screws of fascia with
the housing using a Pozidrive screwdriver. Apply
torque of 6 Nm (4.42ft-lbs) (Fig. F).
Breaker key lock Operation:
Use the following procedure to operate the
padlock:
1. Depress the OFF pushbutton on the breaker
front Fascia and extend/pull the breaker padlock
lever to its' outer position.

7. Mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben, befestigen
Sie die Abdeckung auf dem Mechanismusträger.
8. Wenn die Schlüsselsperrung werkseitig
eingebaut wurde: Setzen Sie den
Mechanismusträger mit seinem Deckel wieder in
den Schalter. Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich die
Hebel frei bewegt und korrekt mit der
Schaltermechanik zusammenwirkt. (Abb. D)
9. Wenn es sich um ein vorort-montiertes Teil
handelt: Entfernen Sie sorgfältig die Dummy-
Sperrenabdeckung vom Leistungsschalter.
Montieren Sie den Sperrenträger mit seinem
Deckel wieder in den Schalter. Stellen Sie sicher,
dass sich der Mitnehmerhebel frei bewegt und
korrekt mit der Schaltermechanik
zusammenwirkt. (Siehe Abb. D+E)
10. Setzen Sie die Schalter-Frontabdeckung
wieder auf. (in umgekehrter Folge wie
beschrieben).
11 Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Auslöseeinheit und
die Sperrteile mit dem Leistungsschalter im
Eingriff sind.
12. Befestigen Sie die Abdeckung wieder mit
den 6 Schrauben am Schaltergehäuse mit einem
Pozidrive Schraubendreher und drehen Sie sie
mit 6Nm (4.42ft-lbs) fest (Abb. F).
Betrieb mit der Schalter-Schlüsselsperre:
Zum Betrieb des Schlosssystems gehen Sie bitte
wie folgt vor:
1. Drücken Sie die AUS-Drucktaste auf der
Schalterfront und ziehen Sie den
Leistungsschalter Vorhängeschloss-Riegel ganz
auf die "äußerste Position" heraus.

7. Utilizzando le viti in dotazione, montare il
coperchio sul meccanismo.
8. Se il dispositivo di bloccaggio è stato fornito
montato in fabbrica. Rimontare il meccanismo
con il suo coperchio sull'interruttore, facendo in
modo che la leva di azionamento si muova
liberamente e interagisca correttamente con il
meccanismo dell'interruttore. (Fig. D)
9. Se fornito come kit da montare in loco
rimuovere accuratamente la falsa copertura
della serratura dall'interruttore. Montare il
meccanismo con il suo coperchio
sull'interruttore, facendo in modo che la leva di
azionamento si muova liberamente e
interagisca correttamente con il meccanismo
dell'interruttore. (Vedere Fig. D + E)
10. Rimontare la parte anteriore dell'interruttore
come spiegato in questa sezione.
11. Assicurarsi che la copertura anteriore sia
allineata correttamente con il Relè di Protezione
e i meccanismi di bloccaggio dell'interruttore.
12. Serrare le 6 viti di fissaggio della copertura
anteriore con un cacciavite Pozidriv. Applicare
una coppia di 6 Nm (4.42ft-lb) (Fig. F).
Funzionamento della serratura a chiave
dell'interruttore:
Utilizzare la seguente procedura per azionare il
blocco:
1. Premere il pulsante OFF sul pannello anteriore
interruttore ed estendere/tirare la leva di
bloccaggio nella sua posizione esterna.
