4.3.5.4 Envelope T in fixed or draw-out pattern
Secondary disconnect extra Block " C"
The block "C" will be mounted next to the
standard Block A secondary disconnect on the
fixed and draw-out version. This module will be
manually connected and in the case of draw out
breaker needs to be disconnected before
racking out the breaker.
1. Turn the breaker off and discharge the
closing springs by depressing the OFF and ON
buttons in the sequence OFF-ON-OFF. Verify that
the breaker OFF-ON indicator shows OFF on a
green background and that the charge indicator
shows DISCHARGE on a white background. If
installing in a draw-out type breaker remove
breaker from adaptor (cassette) before
continuing.
If the breaker is "Fixed Pattern"
2. Remove the Secondary disconnect cover as
shown in Fig. 1
3. Loose the M6 screw and remove M6 nut as
show in Fig. 2

4. Place the Block "C" and tighten the M6 screw.
5. Replace the Secondary disconnect cover as
shown in Fig. 1
6. Place the Block "C" label.
If the breaker is " Draw-out Pattern"
4. Place the Block "C" and tighten the 2 screws
on the cassette side as shown in Fig. 3.

Hilfstrennblöcke zusätzlicher "Block C"
Der "Block C" wird neben dem Standard-
Hilfstrennblock A bei der Festeinbau- und
Ausfahrtechnik Version montiert. Dieses Modul
wird manuell angeschlossen und muss im Fall
der Ausfahrtechnik-Leistungsschalter vor der
Schalterentnahme getrennt werden.
1. Schalten Sie den Leistungsschalter aus und
entspannen sie die Schließfedern durch Drücken
der Tasten AUS und EIN, in der Folge AUS-EIN-
AUS. Überprüfen Sie, ob die
Schaltstellungsanzeige AUS/EIN die AUS-Anzeige
auf einem grünen Hintergrund anzeigt und dass
die Gespannt-Anzeige auf ENTSPANNT mit
einem weißen Hintergrund steht. Bei der
Installation als Ausfahrtechnikschalter entfernen
sie erst den Leistungsschalter aus dem
Einschubträger (Kassette), bevor Sie fortfahren .

2. Entfernen Sie die Hilfstrennblock-Abdeckung,
wie Abb. 1 zeigt.
3. Lösen Sie die Schraube M6 und entfernen die
Baugröße T
..in Festeinbau- o. Ausfahrtechnik
16 poliger Hilfstrennblock C mit Kabelstrang.

Anzahl der Anschlüsse 16 - 0.5-2.5 mm²
M6-Mutter, wie Abb. 2 zeigt.
4. Platzieren Sie den "Block C" und ziehen Sie die
M6-Schraube.
5. Setzen Sie die Hilfstrennblock-Abdeckung, wie
Abb. 1 zeigt, wieder auf.
6. Platzieren Sie das "Block C"-Schild.
Leistungsschalter als Ausfahrtechnikschalter..
4. Platzieren Sie den "Block C" und ziehen Sie die
zwei Schrauben auf der Einschubträgerseite, wie
Abb. 3 anzeigt, an.

Morsettiera dei circuiti ausiliari extra "C"
Il blocco "C" sarà montato accanto alla
morsettiera dei circuiti ausiliariali A sulle versioni
fisse ed estraibili.
Questo modulo sarà collegato manualmente e
nel caso di esecuzione estraibile deve essere
scollegata prima di estrarre completamentei
l'interruttore.
1. Spegnere l'interruttore e scaricare le molle di
chiusura premendo i pulsanti OFF e ON nella
sequenza OFF-ON-OFF. Verificare che
l'indicatore OFF-ON dell'interruttore mostri OFF
su sfondo verde e che l'indicatore di carica
mostri DISCHARGE su sfondo bianco.
Se si tratta di un interruttore estraibile,
rimuovere l'interruttore dalla parte fissa prima di
procedere.
Se l'interruttore è in esecuzione fissa ..
2. Togliere il coperchio della morsettieracome
mostrato nella fig. 1

3. Allentare la vite M6 e rimuovere il dado M6
come in fig. 2
4. Posizionare il blocco "C" e serrare la vite M6.
5. Sostuito dal coperchio come mostrato nella
fig. 1
6. Posizionare l'etichetta del blocco "C", come
mostrato in fig. 4
Se l'interruttore è estraibile..
4. Posizionare il blocco "C" e serrare le 2 viti sul
lato della parte fissa come mostrato in fig. 3
