Extra kit allowing the use of a Ronis
1104B lock..
REPLACING KIT
The device replaces the two lock cassette
system with a single lock shutter system.
Catalogue Numbers: ACPRONSV 1 and 2
A mechanism is available that allows the use of
a cylinder lock to lock the shutters in closed
position. Here the security locking bar C must be
withdrawn and the Circuit breaker must be in
the DISCONNECTED and OFF position.

Remark : A Ronis 1104B lock must be ordered
separately.
1. Ensure position indicator shows
DISCONNECTED Position.
2. Ensure that the breaker is OFF by pressing the
OFF button.
3. Remove racking handle from the Crank
insertion hole if present.
4. Withdraw the locking bar C until the locking
eye is exposed and hold open by inserting a
screwdriver (Fig G.)
5. With blocked padlock lever, press the "OPEN"
button and turn the Ronis key anticlockwise by
90 degrees, till it reaches the dead stop. Remove
the key and remove the screwdriver from the
padlock lever. (Fig. H)
Lever must stay in the withdrawn position which
indicates that both the shutters and breaker are
locked.
Verification of correct operation
A. With a screw driver attempt to turn the
Racking handle shutter drive B clockwise a
shown in Fig. F.
One should not be able to rotate the racking
handle shutter drive B and insert a Racking
handle in to the crank insertion hole on front
panel.
B. Attempt to move the Front shutter plate
which are installed on the Cassette in front of
terminals
Up & down in cases with Horizontal
terminations Fig. D)
Or left to Right in cases with vertical
terminations Fig. E)
One should not be able to move the shutter plate.
C. Attempt to switch the breaker ON by
pressing the Closes Button
(Fig. H)
One should not be able to switch the breaker ON
D. Rack the breaker in and out the cassette and
attempt to withdraw the key in any position
than DISCONNECTED.
It should only be possible to remove the key in
the DISCONNECTED position.

Eine zusätzliche Ausrüstung
ermöglicht die Verwendung eines Ronis
Schlosses 1104B..
WECHSELBAUSTEIN
Umwechseln des zwei Sperren-Kassettensystem
durch ein Einzelsperrsystem.
Produktnummer: ACPRONSV 1 und 2
Ein Mechanismus steht zur Verfügung, mit dem
die Schutzabdeckungen in geschlossener
Stellung mit einem Zylinderschlosses verriegelt
werden können. Hierzu wird der Sicherheitsriegel
C herausgezogen, während sich der
Leistungsschalter in DISCONNECTED|GETRENNT
und in der OFF|AUS Stellung befindet.

Hinweis: Ein Ronis 1104B Schloss muss immer
extra bestellt werden.
1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Stellungsanzeige
die DISCONNECTED|GETRENNT Stellung anzeigt.
2. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Schalter
ausgeschaltet ist, indem Sie die OFF-Taste
betätigen.
3. Entfernen Sie die Handkurbel aus dem
Kurbeleinsetzloch, falls vorhanden.
4. Ziehen Sie den Riegel C, bis die
Verriegelungslöcher sichtbar sind und halten sie
ihn offen, indem Sie einen Schraubendreher
(Abb. G.) einstecken.
5. Mit blockiertem Vorhängeschlossriegel,
drücken Sie die "OPEN|AUS"-Taste und drehen
Sie den Schlüssel Ronis um 90 Grad gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn bis zum Endanschlag. Ziehen Sie
den Schlüssel ab und entfernen Sie den
Schraubendreher aus dem Riegel (Abb. H).
Der Riegel muss in der zurückgezogenen Position,
die sowohl die Schutzabdeckungen- und
Leistungsschalter-Sperrung anzeigt, bleiben.
Prüfung der ordnungsgemäßen Funktion
A. Versuchen Sie mit einem Schraubendreher
die Handkurbelabdeckungsschraube B im
Uhrzeigersinn, gezeigt in Abb. F, zudrehen.
Man sollte nicht in der Lage sein, die
Handkurbelabdeckungsschraube B zudrehen und
eine Handkurbel in das Kurbeleinsetzloch an der
Frontseite zustecken.
B. Versuche die Frontschutzplatte, die auf der
Kassette vor den Anschlüssen installiert wurde,
zubewegen..
-- Hoch und runter im Fall von Horizontal-
Anschlüssen Abb. D
oder
-- Von links nach rechts in Fällen mit Vertikal-
Anschlüssen, wie Abb. E zeigt.
Man sollte nicht in der Lage sein, die Schutzplatte
zu bewegen.
C. Versuche, den Schalter ON|EIN zu schalten,
indem Sie den EIN-Taster (Abb. H) drücken.
Man sollte nicht in der Lage sein, den Schalter
ON|EIN zu schalten.
D. Bewege den Schalter in die und aus der
Kassette und versuche, den Schlüssel in jeder
Position (Schalterstellung) abzuziehen.
Es sollte nur möglich sein, den Schlüssel in der
getrennten (DISCONNECTED) Stellung zu
entfernen.

Kit sostitutivo
Il dispositivo sostituisce il sistema a due
interblocchi con un sistema a singola serratura.

Disponibile un meccanismo che consente
l'utilizzo di una serratura a cilindro per bloccare
le serrande in posizione di chiuso. Qui la barra di
bloccaggio di sicurezza C deve essere estratta e
l'interruttore deve essere in posizione di
SEZIONATO e in OFF.

Nota: Il blocco Ronis 1104b deve essere ordinato
separatamente.
1. Assicurarsi che l'interruttore sia in posizione di
SEZIONATO.
2. Assicurarsi che l'interruttore è spento
premendo il tasto OFF.
3. Rimuovere la maniglia dal foro di inserimento
se presente.
4. Sfilare la barra di bloccaggio C fino a che
l'occhiello è esposto e tenere aperto inserendo
un cacciavite (Fig G.)
5. Con la leva lucchetto bloccato, premere il
tasto "OPEN" tasto e ruotare la chiave Ronis in
senso antiorario di 90 gradi, fino a raggiungere il
fine corsa. Rimuovere la chiave e rimuovere il
cacciavite dalla leva. (Fig. H)
La leva deve rimanere in posizione estratta che
indica che sia le serrande che l'interruttore sono
bloccati.
Verifica del corretto funzionamento
A. Con un cacciavite provare a girare vite di
comando dell'otturatore del meccanismo di
manovra B in senso orario come mostrato nella
fig. AF .
Non dovrebbe essere possibile ruotare
l'otturatore del meccanismo di manovra B né
inserire la maniglia di manovra nell'apertura
presente sul pannello anteriore.
B. Tentativo di spostare gli otturatori frontali che
sono installati sulla parte fissa di fronte ai
terminali:
- Su e giù nei casi di terminali orizzontali fig.D
oppure
- Sinistra a destra nei casi di terminali orizzonta
fig. E
Non si dovrebbe essere in grado di spostare la
piastra di otturazione.
C. Tentativo di attivare l'interruttore in ON
premendo il pulsante (Fig. H)
Non si dovrebbe essere in grado di passare
l'interruttore su ON.
D. Forzare l'interruttore dentro e fuori dalla parte
fissa e tentare di estrarre la chiave in qualsiasi
posizione diversa da SEZIONATO.
Dovrebbe essere possibile solo rimuovere la
chiave nella posizione di SEZIONATO.
