Near the end of charging period, adjust the specific
gravity of electrolyte to value specified. After
charging, adjust the electrolyte level to the MAX.
LEVEL with DISTILLED WATER.
CAUTION:
A higher ampere charging rate can drastically
reduce battery life and efficiency due to dam-
age to the battery plates. Charging the battery
for a shorter period of time than the specified
time will also drastically shorten the service
life of the battery and limit its potential power
to maximum.
After charging the battery correctly and installing
the lead wires, cover the plus terminal with the rub-
ber boot.

Connect the battery breather hose to the bat-
tery and confirm if the piping is done as indi-
cated in the figure.
Reinstall the seat.
ENGINE OIL
Remove the engine oil drain plug and drain any re-
maining oil. Replace the drain plug and tighten it
firmly.

PRECAUTION:
Un amp6rage de charge plus 61ev6 peut r6duire con-
sid6rablement la dur6e et le rendement de la batte-
rie du fait des dommages caus6s aux 616ments de la
batterie. Charger la batterie pendant un temps plus
court que le temps sp6cifi6 r6duira aussi consid6ra-
blement la dur6e de la batterie et limitera son
potentiel de puissance maximum.
Apres avoir correctement recharge la batterie et procede
a

Connecter le tuyau d'6vent de la batterie cl la batte-
rie et s'assurer que son cheminement est comme
indiqu6 sur la figure.
Remonter la se lie.
HUILE MOTEUR
Retirer le bouchon de vidange de I'huile moteur et vidanger
toute I'huile qui reste. Remettre le bouchon de vidange et
le serrer

Das Harstellungsdatum ist eine dreiteilige Zahl

folg1. deren drei Teile jeweils Monat, Tag und Jahr der
Herstellung angeben.
Gegen Ende der Aufladezeit hin stellen Sie das spezifische
Gewicht der Batteriesaure auf den angegebenen Wert ein.
Nach dem Aufladen tullen Sie den Batteriesaurestand mit
DESTILLlERTEM WASSER auf MAX auf.
VORSICHT:
Durch Aufladen mit einer hoheren Amperezahl kon-
nen Lebensdauer und Leistung der Batterie wegen
Beschadigung der Batterieplatten stark abnehmen.
Wenn die vorgeschriebene Batterie-Ladezeit unter-
schritten wird, kann die Lebensdauer der Batterie
stark verkurzt und ihre Leistungsfahigkeit beein-
trachtigt werden.
Nachdem die Batterie richtig aufgeladen ist und die Ansh-
luBkabel befestigt wurden, die positive AnschluBklemme
mit der Gummimanschette abdecken.

Die Batterieentluftungsrohre an der Batterie anbrin-
gen und nachprufen, ob diese gemaB Abbildung
verlegt ist.
Den Sitz wieder anbringen.
MOTORClL
Die Motor61ablaBschraube entfernen und das 01 restlos
ablassen. Die AblaBschraube wieder anbringen und fest
anziehen.
