Before assembling the motorcycle, thoroughtly
understand the "Safety Check Out" described on
page 43. After completion of assembly, carefully
check the motorcycle referring to the "Safety
Check Out", then deliver the motorcycle to the
customer.
ASSEMBLY
HANDLEBAR
Temporarily loosen the handlebar holder bolts as
shown in the photograph.

Handlebar holder bolt
Fix the handlebars with the set bolt by aligning the han-
dlebar bracket with the front fork upper bracket bolt
hole.
NOTE:
Shift the handlebar to the inner-most position
and set it.
Tighten the handlebar set bolt. Torque the bolt to
0.6-1.0
kg-m
(4.5-7.0
Ib-tt,
6.0-10.0
N·m).
Tighten the handlebar holder bolt.
Torque the bolt to
1.5-2.5
kg-m
(11.0-18.0
Ib-tt,
15.0-25.0
N·m).
Attach the plastic cap onto the bolt head.

ASSEMBLAGE
GUIDON
Desserrer provisoirement les boulons du support de gui-
don comme indique sur la
photo.

Fixer le guidon

raide du boulon de fixation en faisant
cor-
respondre retrier de guidon avec rorifice de boulon d'etrier
superieur de la fourche avant.
REMARQUE:
Amener le guidon sur la position la plus interne pour
le
fixer.
Serrer le boulon de fixation du guidon
a
fond. Serrer le bou-
Ion au couple de 0,6-1,0 kg-m (4,5-7,0 Ib-tt, 6,0-10,0
N·m).
Serrer le boulon du support de guidon au couple
speciM.
Serrer le boulon du couple de 1,5-2,5 kg-m (11 ,0-18 ,0 Ib-
tt

15,0-25,0 N·m).
Mettre le capuchon en plastique sur la tete du boulon

Vor dem Zusammenbauen des Motorrads sollten Sie
sich mit der auf Seite 45 beschriebenen "Sicherheits-
prufliste" vollstandig vertraut machen.
Nach dem
Zusammenbauen das Motorrad unter Bezugnahme auf
die "Sicherheitsprufliste" sorgfaltig uberprufen, bevor
dieses an den Kunden ausgeliefert wird.
MONTAGE
LENKER
Die lenkerhalterungsschrauben vorubergehend losen, wie
im Foto gezeigt.
A: Lenkerhalterungsschraube
Den lenker mit der Druckschraube feststellen, indem die
lenkerhalterung mit dem oberen Gabelkopfschraubenloch
der Vordergabel abgegleichten
wird.
ZUR BEACHTUNG:
Den Lenker in die innerste Position bringen, dann
feststellen.
Die lenkerdruckschraube mit einem Drehmoment von
0,6-1,0 kg-m (4,5-7,0 Ib-tt, 6,0-10,0 N·m).
Die lenkerhalterungsschraube anziehen.
Die Schraube mit einem Drehmoment von 1,5-2,5 kg-m
(11,0-18,0 Ib-tt, 15,0-25,0 N·m) anziehen.
Den Kunststoffdeckel aut den Schraubenkopf
setzen.
