• Slide the exchange gearwheel drive (see ill. 4, pos. 3)
from below into the mechanics and attache the
gearwheel at the same time. Now fix the top bearing
disk with 4 attachment screws.
Important!
Before you insert the bottom bearing disk of the
gearwheel drive, make sure that the side from which
the ball bearing was inserted points upwards.
The small opening for the shaft (1) must point
downwards. This is the only way to ensure that the ball
bearing cannot fall out of the mechanics during
operation.
With the combustion gearwheel set, the tooth profile clearance is automatically set by using the rear boreholes.
Now you can screw the 8 attachment screws of the gearwheel drive tight.
With the electric gearwheel set, only loosely tighten the screws so you can still adjust the tooth profile clearance.
• Lift the rotor shaft up again until you can insert the exchange gearwheel from the side into the chassis. Then slide
the rotor shaft back into the shaft support (idling) of the main gearwheel and secure the connection with the previously
removed attachment screw (see ill. 3, pos. 1).
Our tip:
Apply some medium screw retention lacquer onto the screw thread before attaching the nut.

• Le servo de plateau oscillant (1) et la tringle
d´asservissement courte (2) doivent être insérés par le
côté gauche dans la plaque de châssis droite puis vis-
sés à fond.
• Suspendez ensuite la tringle d´asservissement dans la
rotule du plateau oscillant (3).
• Installer le câble de raccordement du servo à l´avant
du châssis.

Ne forcez pas trop lors de la biellette du plateau os-

cillant Le cas échéant, la rotule en plastique (3) pour-
rait céder très facilement !
• Après avoir monté tous les servos de plateau oscillant,
vérifiez que les longueurs des tringles sont correctes.
• Les leviers des servos de plateau oscillant (1) ainsi que
les deux guignols de renvoi (2) doivent être parfaite-
ment verticaux ou horizontaux.
• Le plateau oscillant (3) doit être parallèle à la plaque
d´appui du palier d´arbre rotor (voir les lignes de tirets).
• Réajustez si nécessaire la longueur des tringles
d´asservissement en tournant les supports en forme de
cuvette.
