Description:
The detergent concentration of a component cleaning system constantly decreases
through entrainment. This decreases the conductivity. If the value falls below a set point of
e.g. 95 mS, relay 2 starts up, the contact closes and a metering pump is turned on.
The C-value increases again with increasing concentration. When the set point is ex-
ceeded, the relay releases and the contact opens again.
The metering pump stops operating.

The relay output 1/2 is designated as an alarm output for limit contact. The 3/4 and 5/6
outputs are always allocated to measuring module 1. Relay outputs for measuring
modules 2 and 3 are located on the relay card (Material-No. 255119). The current out-
puts are also allocated to the modules. These outputs are galvanicaly isolated at the
motherboard (material-no. 35514004).
When connecting the current outputs, attention must be paid to the polarity and
maximum load (600 Ω).
