Bit Meaning
Bit 0 0 Device is NOT the NMT Master. All other bits have to be
ignored. The objects of the Network List have to be ignored.
1 Device is the NMT Master.
Bit 1 0 Start only explicitly assigned slaves.
1 After boot-up perform the service NMT Start Remote Node
