Some device alarms are configurable:
Alarm Meaning
Description
OverVoltage
Triggers an alarm if the DC input voltage reaches the
OVP
Protection
defined threshold. The DC input will be switched off.
OverCurrent
Triggers an alarm if the DC input current reaches the
OCP
Protection
defined threshold. The DC input will be switched off.
OverPower
Triggers an alarm if the DC input power reaches the
OPP
Protection
defined threshold, The DC input will be switched off.
These device alarms can't be configured and are based on hardware:
Alarm Meaning
Description
Signalises various problems with the AC part. Triggers an alarm if the
AC supply is out of specification or when the device is cut from supply,
PF
Power Fail
for example when switching it off with the power switch. The DC input
will be switched off.
OverTem-
Triggers an alarm if the internal temperature exceeds a certain limit. The
OT
perature
DC input will be switched off.
OverTem-
Triggers an event of type WARNING if the internal temperature reaches
OTpre
perature
a certain limit, lower than the one of OT. This event is intended to warn
prewarning
the operator that an OT alarm is imminent.
Triggers an alarm if the master of an initialised master-slave system loses
Master-Slave
contact to any slave unit or if a slave has not yet been initialised by the
MSP
Protection
master. The DC input will be switched off. The alarm can be cleared by
either deactivating master-slave mode or reinitialising the MS system.
► How to configure the device alarms
1.
Tap the touch area
2.
On the right side tap the white arrow to select "2. Protect".
3.
Set the limits for the equipment alarm relevant to your application if the default value of 110% is unsuitable.
The set values can be entered using the ten-key tab. This will appear by tapping the touch area
for direct input (ten key pad symbol).
The user also has the possibility of selecting whether an additional acoustic signal will be sounded if an alarm or
user defined event occurs.

Tap the touch area

In the menu page, tap "HMI Settings"

In the following menu page, tap "Alarm Sound"
4.
In the settings page select "Sound on" or "Sound off" and confirm with
