Connecting the Receiver

1.
Insert the RJ-10 plug at the longer plane end of the spiral cord into the re-
ceiver socket of the telephone.
2.
Guide the cable to the outside using the corresponding cable channel.
3.
Insert the other RJ-10 plug of the spiral cable into the socket at the receiver.

Connecting a Headset

Requirements
– A headset corresponding to the technical data on
Note: The telephone supports the operation of cable-connected headsets
as well as cordless headsets (headsets with a DHSG interface, for exam-
ple, from Auerswald, Jabra, or Plantronics).
– To connect a COMfortel headset from Auerswald or another cable-con-
nected headset, you require: an adapter (already included in the scope of
delivery of COMfortel headsets).
Note: The adapter is available on the Internet shop distriCOM (see
www.districom.de).

Insert the headset plug into the headset socket of the telephone.
2.
Guide the cable to the outside using the corresponding cable channel.
Further Steps
– In order to use the headset for calls, the headset operation must be enabled
at the end of commissioning (Functions > Headset or via a function key
configured for headset).
