Preparation
Note: The feet can be assembled in three different positions.

Assembling and Connecting the Key Extension Modules

Requirements
– Up to three key extension modules COMfortel Xtension300
– The mounting hardware enclosing the key extension modules (special fas-
teners, screws, and connection cable)
– A cross head screw driver
– Not connected telephone
– Telephone and key extension modules adjusted to the required height
1.
Place the telephone and the key extension modules on the table.
Note: The key extension modules (up to three are possible) can only be
assembled at the right side of the telephone.
2.
Turn the telephone and key extension modules to the bottom side.
3.
Insert the RJ-10 plug (smaller cable end) of the connection cable into the
key extension module socket of the telephone.
4.
Insert the RJ-11 plug (bigger cable end) of the connection cable into the
suitable connection socket of the first key extension module.
