Meaning of the status bits in the system status

Data byte high:
The message is active if the bits = "1". Bit0 ... Bit7 cannot be deleted and
are always up-to-date (dynamic). Bit8 ... Bit23 are set automatically, but
must be deleted manually via the 3Bh command (delete system status)
(static).
