Power adapter (12 V/DC)
Use the output #1 connection that corresponds to your door opener type (N.O. = Fail-secure
door opener, N.C. = Fail-safe door opener)

Door sensor (optional, if no door sensor is available terminals 13 and 14 must be con-
nected).
Door opener button inside the home
Alarm system (refer to the instructions that came with your alarm system for more informa-
tion on connections and functions)
"TAMPER" = Connection for tamper contact
"ARM/DISARM" = Arm/disarm alarm system
"DURESS" = Input for silent alarm (duress alarm)
