Fault displays and troubleshooting
In the event of a fault in the individual control feature, a fault display is
shown on the control panel of the heat generator (UI 800).

Description
A11-3211
The control type Single room-dependent has

been selected in the relevant heating circuit, but
A11-3213
Single Room Control has not been selected

remote control.
A21-1311
Remote control Single Room Control has been
A21-1312
selected in the relevant heating circuit, but no
A21-1313
individual controls are connected to the system.

A11-3071
Remote control Single Room Control has been
A11-3072
selected in the relevant heating circuit, but no
A11-3073
K 30 RF/K 40 RF is connected to the system.
A11-3074
A21-1301
One or more individual controls in the relevant
A21-1302
heating circuit have lost the radio connection to
A21-1303
the K 30 RF/K 40 RF for longer than 60 minutes
A21-1304
A90-1300 One or more repeaters have had no wireless
connection for more than 60 minutes
A21-1321
Only with individual control for underfloor heating
A21-1322
system:
A21-1323
cooling mode could not be started in the relevant
A21-1324
heating circuit or was stopped because one or
more individual controls are not in cooling mode.
A21-1331
Only with individual control for underfloor heating
A21-1332
system:
A21-1333
one or more individual controls in the relevant
A21-1334
heating circuit lead to an unexpectedly high flow
temperature.
A22-1341
Only with individual control for underfloor heating
A22-1342
system:
A22-1343
one or more individual controls in the relevant
A22-1344
heating circuit frequently do not reach the set
room temperature set on the individual control,
even after a long period of time.
A21-1351
Only with individual control for radiators:
A21-1352
the batteries in one or more individual controls in
A21-1353
the relevant heating circuit have a very low charge
A21-1354
level.

The following only deals with fault displays that relate directly to the
"individual control" function. Other fault displays from the heat
generator or products such as the individual controls are not part of this
chapter. These can be found in the documentation for heat generators
and components.
Elimination
▶ Select Single Room Control as remote control in the relevant heating circuit
( Chapter 4.2.1).
▶ Connect the individual control to the system ( Chapter 4.2.2).
▶ Plug the K 30 RF/K 40 RF into the heat pump or wall hung condensing boiler.
After plugging in, theK 30 RF/K 40 RF needs some time to become fully active.
▶ Check whether all individual controls are active (batteries empty?).
▶ Check the wireless connection with the EasyService or Bosch HomeCom Easy app.
▶ If one or more individual controls have a weak or no wireless connection: integrate
a repeater to improve the wireless range.
▶ Check whether the repeater is plugged into the socket and has power.
▶ Position the repeater closer to the K 30 RF/K 40 RF.
▶ Check whether all individual controls have a wireless connection to the K 30 RF/
K 40 RF.
▶ If one or more individual controls have a weak or no wireless connection: integrate
a repeater to improve the wireless range.
▶ Check whether heating water can flow through the underfloor heating system in the
room affected (valve dirty or jammed; actuator defective; ...).
▶ Check which set room temperature is set on the individual control. Is the underfloor
heating sufficiently sized so that the set room temperature can be reached? If
necessary, reduce the set room temperatures of the individual controls.
▶ Check whether the maximum heating circuit temperature set on the system
controller is sufficient.
▶ Check whether the respective actuator for the room is connected to the respective
individual control.
▶ Check which individual control or individual controls are affected.
The individual control for radiators show a battery symbol in the display if the
battery charge level is too low.
▶ Replace the batteries ( operating instructions for individual controls for
radiators).
