B.11.1 PROLUNGHE MANUALI
Le prolunghe manuali sono elementi
telescopici uso gancio che è possibile
utilizzare per aumentare lo sbraccio
della gru. Vengono inseriti all'interno
dell'ultimo sfilo idraulico della gru e
bloccati tramite perno.
La portata della prolunghe è costante
(vedi §A.1.1)
ed
è
indicata
diagramma portate della gru standard.
In ambito CE è obbligatorio l'uso col
dispositivo RLC.
Le prolunghe manuali devono essere
smontate quando non utilizzate: in caso
contrario si deve detrarre il loro peso
proprio dalle portate di targa. Questo
valore è punzonato all'estremità di ogni
prolunga manuale.
Quando si vuole movimentare
un carico con la prolunga manuale
verificare sempre che il peso da
sollevare
non
superi
nominale della prolunga.
INSTALLAZIONE DELLE
PROLUNGHE MANUALI
La
procedura
per
una
installazione delle prolunghe manuali
sulla gru è la seguente:
1) appoggiare la prolunga su una
postazione stabile
2) avvicinare lo sfilo idraulico della gru
ed
inserire
la
prolunga
prestare
attenzione
allineamento dei fori per il perno
3) bloccare lo sfilo manuale con
l'apposito perno e fermo di sicurezza
Nel caso in cui l'operatore
debba movimentare manualmente la
prolunga, deve verificare che il peso
punzonato sulla stessa non superi i
25 kg (20 kg per donne): in caso
contrario
deve
farsi
un'altra persona (vedi §A.7.1).
B.11.1 MANUAL EXTENSIONS
The manual extensions are telescopic
components that can be used only with
the hook to increase the crane range.
They are inserted inside the final
hydraulic extension of the crane and
locked with a pin.
The max load of the manual extensions

the load diagram of the standard crane.
In CE countries it's mandatory to install
the RLC.

Verlängerung hereinstecken. Auf die
richtige Ausrichtung der Öffnungen für
die Sperrbolzen achten.
3) Die Verlängerung mit Sperrbolzen
und der Sicherheitssperre blockieren.
