The Contax 139 may also be used with both non-TTL
auto and manual flash units. These units may be syn-
ch ron ized at 1/ 100 sec. by setting t he shutter contro l
d ial t o X (in th is in st ance, t he LED in the viewfi nder
wi ll f li cker at t he " 125" sett ing). Slower f lash synch
speeds (1/60 sec. and be low) may also be used. In t h is
