WARNING
The limiter is supplied already cali-
brated by the manufacturer. Do not
tamper with the device if it operates in
a faulty way.
Contact the Manufacturer or a special-
ized center if necessary.
4.5 LUBRICATION
WARNING
Always thoroughly read the warnings
and precautions indicated on the con-
tainers.
Always keep oils and greases well away
from choldren's reach.
Avoid contact with the skin, alwais
thoroughly and fully wash after use.
The utilized oils should be treated in
compliance with the current antipol-
lution laws.
When starting the machine for the first
time, check the level of the lubricants.
Before proceding to the operations of
checking, filling or changing the lubricants,
carefully clean all the parts involved.
Every day before starting the work chek
by visual level indicator that the lubricants
are at correct level in gearbox; possibly to
filling the level from the filling-plug.
Always use the same type of oil.
Consult table «TAB. 12 - RECOMMEND-
ED LUBRICANTS» for further information.
Perform the first oil changer after 30/50
hours of operation; following upon after
400 hours or at least once a year.
Drain the oil by removing the drain-plug.
This operations must be carrie on in work-
shop with means suitable for the weight of
the machine and with support to prevent
the overturning of the machine.
Check from the proper filler the amount of
grease of the gear box.
WARNING
Before grease can be injected into the
grease nipples, carefully clean the
greasing unions to prevent mud, dust
or foreign bodies from mixing with the
grease as this could impair or even
annul its lubricating effect.
- after every 8 hours service, grease
the universal joint E (Fig. 33);
- check the level of the oil in the gearbox
or final drive after every 8 hours ser-
vice. Top up if the level is low A-B-G-
H-L (Fig. 33);
- Every 20 hours of operation grease

fabricante. Si se presentan problemas
de funcionamiento no efectuar ninguna
regulación del dispositivo.
Si es necesario contactar el fabricante
o un centro especializado.
4.5 LUBRICACIÓN
Leer siempre cuidadosamente las
advertencias indicadas sobre los con-
tenedores.
Tener siempre aceites y grasas fuera
del alcance de los niños. Evitar el
contacto con la piel, después del em-
pleo lavarse bien y a fondo. Tratar los
aceites usados en conformidad con
las leyes anticontaminantes vigentes
En poner en función el aparejo por la
primera vez verificar el nivel lubricante
como descrito.
Antes de ejecutar las operaciones de
control, restablecer o sustituir lubricante,
limpiar esmeradamente las partes o las
áreas interesadas.
Antes de iniciar el trabajo siempre con-
trolar el nivel del aceite en el cambio de
velocidad a través de la espía de nivel o
el astina de nivel, eventualmente resta-
blecerlo introduciendo aceite desde tapón
de carga.
Utilizar siempre el mismo tipo de aceite.

ACONSEJADOS».
Ejecutar el primer cambio después de
30/50 horas de trabajo, sucesivamente
después de 400 horas o al menos una vez
al año. Esta operación debe ser ejecutada
en taller equipado con medios de levanta-
miento adecuados al peso de la máquina
haciéndola estable con apropiados sopor-
tes. Descargar el aceite destornillando la
tapa de descarga.
Antes de inyectar grasa lubricante en
los engrasadores es necesario limpiar
bien los racores de engrase para evitar
que el fango, el polvo u otros corpos
extraños se mezclen con la grasa y
disminuyan o incluso anulen el poder
lubricante.
- cada 8 horas de trabajo engrasar
los tubos y los cruceros del cardan
E (Fig. 33);
- cada 8 horas de trabajo verificar el ni-
vel del aceite del cambio o del reductor;
si resulta insuficiente restablecer el nivel
A-B-G-H-L (Fig. 33);

UWAGA
Ogranicznik jest dostarczany już skalibro-
wany przez producenta. W przypadku pro-
blemów w działaniu nie należy manipulować
przy urządzeniu.
W razie potrzeby należy się skontaktować z
producentem lub specjalistycznym centrum.
4.5 SMAROWANIE
UWAGA
Zawsze uważnie przeczytaj ostrzeżenia wska-
zane na pojemnikach.
Oleje i smary należy zawsze przechowywać
w miejscu niedostępnym dla dzieci.
Unikać kontaktu ze skórą, po użyciu dokład-
nie i dokładnie umyć.
Olej odpadowy przetwarzać zgodnie z obo-
wiązującymi przepisami dotyczącymi prze-
ciwdziałania zanieczyszczeniom.
Przy pierwszej obsłudze urządzenia należy
sprawdzić poziom smaru zgodnie z opisem.
Przed sprawdzeniem, przywróceniem lub wymia-
ną środków smarnych należy dokładnie oczyścić
uszkodzone części lub obszary.
Przed rozpoczęciem pracy należy zawsze
sprawdzić poziom oleju w skrzyni biegów za
pomocą wziernika lub za pomocą bagnetu, w
razie potrzeby przywrócić go poprzez wlanie
oleju z korka wlewu.
Zawsze używaj tego samego rodzaju oleju. Patrz
w tym zakresie tabela „TAB. 12 - ZALECANE
ŚRODKI SMARNE".
Pierwszą zmianę przeprowadzić po 30/50 go-
dzinach pracy, kolejne po 400 godzinach lub
przynajmniej raz w roku. Operację tę należy
przeprowadzić w warsztacie wyposażonym w
urządzenia podnoszące odpowiednie do wagi
maszyny, czyniąc ją stabilną za pomocą odpo-
wiednich podpór. Spuścić olej odkręcając korek
spustowy.
Sprawdzić zawartość smaru w przekładni z
gniazda smarowego.
UWAGA
Przed wstrzyknięciem smaru do smarownic
należy dokładnie oczyścić smarowniczki, aby
nie dopuścić do zmieszania się ze smarem
błota, kurzu lub ciał obcych, które osłabią lub
wręcz zniweczą efekt smarowania.
