3.2 MACHINE WITH
DISASSEMBLED
ROLLER
If the machine is supplied with the roller
disassembled, it is necessary to perform
the assembling of the same.
DANGER
Take the greatest care as the machine
is not stable when it is without its roller.
Only harness the machine and acces-
sories in the points indicated with the
«hook» decal; see figures 8 and 9.
Keeping the machine lifted with proper
means apply it to the three points of the
tractor locking the piston pins by means
of the suitable bolts.
Verify that everything is perfectly con-
nected and place the machine onto the
ground, carefully.
Connect the roller as indicated in the figure
9 by means of a proper lifting mean and by
keeping it stable without lifting it from the
floor, proceeds as indicated in paragraph
«3.3 Roller assembly».
3.3 ROLLER ASSEMBLY
It is not advisable to work with the ma-
chine carrying the weight of the rear rol-
ler and without a regular check-up of the
working depth
3.3.1 Assembly of the «BA/BV/BE/
BG» roller
After having terminated the operations
indicated in the previous sections, proceed
as described below (Fig. 10-10A-10B):
Assemble the two arms B by fixing it with
the bolts in the hole A and in the three
holes C on the roller; control the position
of work with the twopins D on the request
hole.

3.2 MÁQUINA CON ROLLO
DESMONTADO
Si la máquina ha sido entregada con el
rollo desmontado es necesario ejecutar
el montaje.
Prestar mucha atención porque la má-
quina sin el rodillo es inestable.
Enganchar la máquina y los accesorios
sólo en los puntos señalados con el
adhesivo del «gancho», véanse figuras
8 y 9.
Teniendo la máquina suspendida con ade-
cuados medio de levantamiento aplicarla
a los tres puntos del tractor bloqueando
los enchufes de las conexiones con los
adecuados cerrojos.
Verificar que lo todo esté conectado per-
fectamente y apoyar la máquina al suelo
obrando con cautela.
Enganchar el rollo como en figura 9 con
un adecuado medio de levantamiento te-
niéndolo estable sin levantarlo del suelo,
proceder por lo tanto como indicado al
párrafo «3.3 Montaje rodillos».
3.3 MONTAJE RODILLOS
Se recomienda no trabajar con el peso
del rodillo cargado sobre la maquina y
sin un controlar regular de la profundidad
de trabajo
3.3.1 Montaje rodillo «BA/BV/BE/BG»
Después de efectuar las operaciones indi-
cadas en los párrafos precedentes, operar
del siguiente modo (Fig. 10-10A-10B):
Montar los dos brazos rollo B haciéndo-
los desatar sobre el agujero A del lado
grada y fijándolos con los bulones C del
lado rollo; regular la posición de trabajo
desplazando los dos enchufes D sobre el
agujero deseado.

3.2
MASZYNA Z WAŁKIEM

Jeśli maszyna została dostarczona ze zde-
montowanym wałkiem, należy go zmontować.
NIEBEZPIECZEŃSTWO
Należy bardzo uważać, ponieważ maszyna
bez rolki nie jest stabilna.
Maszynę i akcesoria wieszać tylko w
miejscach oznaczonych naklejką „hak",
patrz rys. 8 i 9.
Zawieszoną maszynę przytrzymać za pomo-
cą odpowiednich urządzeń podnoszących i
zamocować w TUZ, blokując sworznie odpo-
wiednimi zapadkami.
Sprawdzić, czy wszystko jest idealnie połą-
czone i ostrożnie umieścić maszynę na ziemi.
Zawiesić wałek jak pokazano na rysunku 9
na odpowiednim podnośniku, trzymając go
mocno bez podnoszenia z ziemi, przystąpić
do jego montażu zgodnie z informacjami
zawartymi w rozdziale „3.3 Montaż wałka".
3.3 ZESPÓŁ ROLEK
Nie zaleca się używania maszyny z ciężarem
obciążającego ją wału i bez regularnej kontroli
głębokości roboczej.
3.3.1 Zespół rolek „BA/BV/BE/BG
Po wykonaniu czynności wskazanych w
poprzednich rozdziałach, należy postępować
w następujący sposób (rys. 10 - 10A - 10B):
- Zamontować dwa ramiona wału B obraca-
jąc je na otworze A po stronie zagarniacza
i zabezpieczając je śrubami C po stronie
wału;
- Wyreguluj pozycję roboczą, przesuwając
dwa kołki D do żądanego otworu.
