3.3.2 Assembly of the «RMT»
roller
After having terminated the operations
indicated in the previous sections, proceed
as described below (Fig. 12):
- Assemble the refining rod H by fixing
it with the bolts L, then assemble the
bracket D by fixing it by means of the
bolts and the crank B by fixing the entire
assembly with the spring pin on to hole
G.
- Assemble the backets C on the square
tube of the roller frame, and at this point
the roller is ready to be assembled on
the machine, lift it and place it at the
rear of the machine already assembled
on the tractor. Fix the two upper blades
A by means of the bolts N and the two
bottom blades F with the bolts and the
spacer M.
Also consult the diagram in figure 13
when the roller is being assembled (it
is also given on a decal affixed to one
of the two roller links on the machine).
3.3.3 Assembly of the «RTEK/
RmaX»
After having terminated the operations
indicated in the previous sections, proceed
as described below (Fig. 14):
- Assemble the refining rod H by fixing
it with the bolts L, then assemble the
bracket D by fixing it by means of the
bolts and the crank B by fixing the entire
assembly with the spring pin on to hole
G.

En las fases de montaje del rodillo,
consultar también el esquema de la fig.
11 (presente también en el adhesivo
aplicado en la máquina en uno de los
dos brazos rodillo).
3.3.2 Montaje rodillo «RMT»
Después de efectuar las operaciones indi-
cadas en los párrafos precedentes, operar
del siguiente modo (Fig. 12):
- Montare la barra de afinación H fijándola
con los pernos más distancial L por lo
tanto montar el estribo D sobre el tubo
cuadro del telar del rollo, la manivela B
fijándola inferiormente en ella sobre el
agujero G, y de la parte superior sobre
el agujero P.
- Montar los estribos C sobre el tubo
cuadro telar del rollo, a este punto el
rollo está listo para el montaje sobre
la máquina, levantarlo y posicionarlo
detrás de la máquina en precedencia
aplicada al tractor. Fijar las dos hojas
superiores A. con los pernos sobre el
agujero N y las dos hojas inferiores F
con los pernos más distancial sobre el
agujero M.
En las fases de montaje del rodillo,
consultar también el esquema de la fig.
13 (presente también en el adhesivo
aplicado en la máquina en uno de los
dos brazos rodillo).

3.3.3 Montaje rodillo «RTEK/
RmaX»
Después de efectuar las operaciones indi-
cadas en los párrafos precedentes, operar
del siguiente modo (Fig. 14):
- Montare la barra de afinación H fijándola
con los pernos más distancial L por lo
tanto montar el estribo D sobre el tubo
cuadro del telar del rollo, la manivela B

3.3.2 Zespół rolek „RMT
Po wykonaniu czynności wskazanych w
poprzednich rozdziałach, należy postę-
pować w następujący sposób (rys. 12):
- Zamontować listwę uszlachetniającą
H mocując ją śrubami, plus element
dystansowy L , następnie zamontować
wspornik D na rurze kwadratowej ramy
rolki, korbę B mocując ją u dołu na
otworze G i u góry na otworze P.
- zamontować uchwyty C na rurze kwa-
dratowej ramy wału, w tym momencie
wał jest gotowy do zamontowania na
maszynie, podnieść go i umieścić za
maszyną uprzednio przymocowaną do
ciągnika.
- Zamocować dwie górne łopatki A za
pomocą śrub w otworze N i dwie dolne
łopatki F za pomocą śrub i elementu
dystansowego w otworze M.
Podczas montażu rolki należy również
korzystać ze schematów przedsta-
wionych na rysunku 13 (pokazanych
również na naklejkach przymocowa-
nych do maszyny na jednym z dwóch
ramion rolki).
3.3.3 Zespół rolek
„RTEK/RmaX"
Po wykonaniu czynności wskazanych w
poprzednich rozdziałach, należy postę-
pować w następujący sposób (rys. 14):
- Zamontować listwę uszlachetniającą
H mocując ją śrubami, plus element
dystansowy L , następnie zamontować
wspornik D na rurze kwadratowej ramy
