3.6 AT WORK
WARNING
Work can begin after you have checked
to make sure that the machine is in
perfect order, that the lubricants are at
the correct level, that all components
subject to wear and deterioration are
perfectly efficient, that all the safety
regulations described in section 2 of
this manual have been complied with
and after having consulted the tractor's
instruction manual.
The harrow must be used slightly tilted
backwards.
To do this, adjust the top link A (Fig. 26) so
that line B tilts slightly backwards.
Limit the lateral oscillations during the
working by adjusting the lifting stabilizers
of the tractor.
Operate very carefully the first time.
Never let the universal joint rotate if the
lower edge of the rotor is over 200 mm.
above the ground.
Always connect and disconnect the PTO
when the blades are a 200 mm. of distance
from the ground.
When the machine is working, the hydrau-
lik lifting device of the tractor must be in
its floating position.
The rear roller and the lower connections
of the machine, also floating, ensure a
constant working depth and a good level-
ling of the soil.
In the inversion of advance or in the
change of direction you must always
raised the machine from the ground.

3.6 DURANTE EL TRABAJO
Después de haber controlado que la
máquina esté en orden, que los lubri-
cantes estén al nivel correcto, que to-
dos los componentes sujetos a desgas-
te y deterioro resulten perfectamente
eficientes (observando para ello todas
las normas de seguridad del apartado
2 de este manual) y después de haber
consultado las instrucciones de uso
del tractor, será posible comenzar el
trabajo con la grada.
La grada trabaja con una leve incilinación
hacia atrás.
Para lograr dicha inclinación es necesario
regular el brazo del tercer punto A (Fig.
26) en modo tal que la linea B resulte
levemente inclinada hacia atrás.
Durante el trabajo limitar las oscilaciones
laterales, regulando los estabilizadores
del levantador del tractor.
Operar con prudencia la primera vez que
se usa la máquina.
Inserir y desconectar siempre la toma de
fuerza cuando los dientes están a algunos
cm. de distancia del terreno.
Actuar sobre los mandos del levantador
del tractor de modo que el contacto con
el terreno sea gradual.
Con la máquina en trabajo el elevador
hidráulico del tractor tiene que estar en
posición flotante.
El rollo posterior y las conexiones inferio-
res de la grada, también flotantes, garanti-
zan una profundidad de trabajo constante
y una buena nivelación del terreno.
En las inversiones de marcha y en los
cambios de dirección tener siempre la
máquina levantada del terreno.

alnym stanie, że środki smarne są na
odpowiednim poziomie, że wszystkie
części podlegające zużyciu i zniszcze-
niu są w idealnym stanie technicznym,
przestrzegając wszystkich zasad bez-
pieczeństwa opisanych w rozdziale 2
niniejszej instrukcji oraz po zapoznaniu
się z instrukcją obsługi ciągnika, moż-
na rozpocząć pracę.
Brona powinna pracować lekko odchylona
do tyłu.
Aby to osiągnąć, należy wyregulować
ramię trzeciego punktu A (rys. 26) tak, że
linia B jest nieco odchylona do tyłu.
Podczas pracy ograniczyć wahania
boczne poprzez ustawienie stabilizatorów
podnoszenia ciągnika.
Przy pierwszym użyciu maszyny należy
zachować ostrożność.
WOM włączać i wyłączać zawsze wtedy,
gdy zęby znajdują się kilka centymetrów
nad ziemią.
Działać na elementy sterujące podnosze-
niem ciągnika tak, aby kontakt z podłożem
był stopniowy.
Podczas pracy maszyny podnośnik hy-
drauliczny ciągnika musi znajdować się
w pozycji pływającej.
Tylny wał i dolny zagarniacz, które są
również pływające, zapewniają stałą głę-
bokość roboczą i dobre wyrównanie gleby.
Podczas cofania i zmiany kierunku jazdy
należy zawsze trzymać maszynę z dala
od ziemi.
