4.3 DRIVELINE SHEAR
BOLT
Each cardan shaft is equipped with a
safety device against overloads; the de-
vice consists of a screw C (Fig. 32).
The safety screw should break each time
the maximum limit for the admissable load
is exceeded.
The size and the material of this screw
must strictly correspond to the datas given
in the table «TAB. 10 - SHEAR BOLT».
WARNING
The non-observance of the character-
istics of the safety screw as well as
the incorrect position of the screw on
limiting device, may be causes serious
damages to the transmission of the
whole machine and entail the invalida-
tion of the warranty of the machine.
4.4 DRIVELINE WITH CAM
TYPE TORQUE LIMITER
This device protects the machine's trans-
mission components from excessive
stress and overloads.
Power is no longer transmitted if there is
an overload.
It is re-engaged automatically by stopping
the power take-off and starting it again
slowly.

Diariamente controlar los dientes y el
cerraje de los relativos pernos (buolones).
Sustituirlos si están gastados o rotos.
4.3 TORNILLO DE
SEGURIDAD EJE
CARDÁN
Cada árbol cardánico está provisto de un
aparato de seguridad contra las sobrecar-
gas constituido por un tornillo C (Fig. 32).
El tornillo de seguridad debe romperse
cada vez que venga superado el límite
máximo de seguridad admitido.
La dimensión y el material de este tornillo
deben corresponder escrupulosamente a
los datos indicados en el tablero «TAB. 10
- TORNILLO DE SEGURIDAD».
La falta observancia de las caracte-
rísticas del tornillo de seguridad ade-
más de la errada posición del tornillo
mismo sobre el limitador puede crear
serios daños a la transmisión de toda
la máquina y hace decaer enseguida el
derecho de garantía.
4.4 EJE CARDÁN CON
LIMITADOR DE PAR DE
EXCÉNTRICAS
Este dispositivo sirve para proteger los
componentes de la transmisión de la
máquina de esfuerzos y sobrecargas
excesivas.
En efecto, en caso de sobrecarga se inte-
rrumpe la transmisión de potencia.
El sucesivo acoplamiento se verifica
automáticamente deteniendo la toma de
fuerza y volviendola a poner en marcha
lentamente. Vèase la tabla «TAB. 11 - LI-
MITADOR DE PAR DE EXCÉNTRICAS».

4.3 ŚRUBA ZABEZPIECZAJĄCA
WAŁ KARDANA
Każdy wał kardana wyposażony jest
w urządzenie zabezpieczające, przed
przeciążeniem, składające się ze śruby
C (rys. 32).
Śruba bezpieczeństwa musi pęknąć przy
każdym przekroczeniu maksymalnej
dopuszczalnej granicy bezpieczeństwa.
Rozmiar i materiał tej śruby musi ściśle
odpowiadać danym zawartym w tabeli
„TAB. 10 - ŚRUBA ZABEZPIECZAJĄCA".
NIEBEZPIECZEŃSTWO
Nieprzestrzeganie właściwości śruby
zabezpieczającej, jak również niepra-
widłowe ustawienie śruby na ogranicz-
niku może doprowadzić do poważnego
uszkodzenia całego układu napędo-
wego maszyny i natychmiastowego
unieważnienia wszelkich roszczeń
gwarancyjnych.
4.4 WAŁ KARDANA
Z OGRANICZNIKIEM
MOMENTU OBROTOWEGO
NA KRZYWKI
Urządzenie to służy do ochrony elemen-
tów napędu maszyny przed nadmiernym
obciążeniem i przeciążeniem.
W rzeczywistości, w przypadku przeciąże-
nia, przesyłanie energii zostaje przerwane.
Ponowne dołączenie następuje auto-
matycznie przez zatrzymanie i powolne
uruchomienie WOM. W tym zakresie
należy sprawdzić tabelę „TAB. 11 - OGRA-
NICZNIK MOMENTU OBROTOWEGO
KRZYWKI".
