Maintenance
4.1 GENERAL
INFORMATION
This section describes the various routine
maintenance operations. It is worthwhile
remembering that lower running costs
and a longer lasting machine depend on
regular compliance with the instructions
in this manual.
Contact the Manufacturer if supple-
mentary maintenance operations, that
are not described in this manual, are
required.
WARNING
Make sure that the machine is parked
on flat ground before proceeding with
any maintenance work.
The maintenance operations must be
carried out with the machine blocked
and the tractor unhitched.
The maintenance frequencies indicated
in this manual are indicative and refer to
conditions of normal use, which can vary
depending on the type of use, seasonal
factors, etc. In heavier duty conditions,
the maintenance work must obviously be
carried out more frequently.
4.2 INSPECTIONS AND
CHECK-UPS
During the first 8 hours of work it si advis-
able to check that al the bolts are still tight;
tighten them if necessary according to the
table «TAB. 9 - TORQUE».
To repeat this check-up every 50 hours
of works.

Mantenimiento
4.1 GENERALIDADES
Se describen a continuación las distintas
operaciones de mantenimiento de rutina.
Es oportuno recordar que el menor costo
de servicio y la buena durabilidad de la
máquina dependen del respeto continuo
de las indicaciones contenidas en este
manual.
Para las operaciones de mantenimiento
extraordinario, no expuestas en este
manual, contactar el fabricante.
Antes de efectuar cualquier operación
cerciorarse que la máquina esté sobre
un terreno plano.
Las operaciones de mantenimiento
se deberán siempre efectuar con la
máquina bloqueada y con el tractor
desenganchado.
La frecuencia de intervención expuesta
en este manual tiene carácter informativo
y se refiere a condiciones de normal uti-
lización. La misma está de todos modos
supeditada al tipo de empleo, a factores
estacionales, etc. En condiciones de
utilización muy exigentes se deberá in-
crementar la frecuencia.
4.2 VERIFICACIONES Y
CONTROLES
Durante las primeras 8 horas de trabajo es
conveniente controlar el cerraje de todos
los pernos, en cuánto el esfuerzo engen-
drado durante el trabajo crea un desajuste
de la estructura, eventualmente apretar
como indica el tablero «9 - PAREJA DE
CIERRE», repetir el control cada 50 horas
de trabajo.

4.1 OGÓLNIE
Poniżej opisano różne rutynowe czynności kon-
serwacyjne. Należy pamiętać, że niższe koszty
eksploatacji i długa żywotność maszyny zależą
od ciągłego przestrzegania niniejszej instrukcji.
W przypadku nadzwyczajnych czynności
konserwacyjnych, nie ujętych w niniejszej
instrukcji, należy skontaktować się z pro-
ducentem.
UWAGA
Przed przystąpieniem do jakiejkolwiek ope-
racji upewnić się, że maszyna jest ustawiona
na równym podłożu.
Czynności konserwacyjne należy wykony-
wać przy zablokowanej maszynie i odłączo-
nym ciągniku.
Okresy międzyobsługowe podane w niniejszej
instrukcji mają charakter informacyjny i odnoszą
się do normalnych warunków użytkowania,
które jednak mogą się różnić w zależności od
rodzaju użytkowania, czynników sezonowych
itp. W cięższych warunkach użytkowania okresy
konserwacji powinny być logicznie zwiększone.
4.2 SPRAWDZENIA I KONTROLE
W ciągu pierwszych 8 godzin pracy dobrze
jest sprawdzić dokręcenie wszystkich śrub,
ponieważ naprężenia powstałe podczas pracy
powodują osiadanie konstrukcji; w razie po-
trzeby należy dokręcić zgodnie z tabelą „TAB.
9 - MOMENTY DOKRĘCANIA". Kontrolę należy
powtarzać co 50 godzin pracy.
Codziennie sprawdzać zęby i dokręcenie od-
powiednich śrub. Wymienić je, jeśli są zużyte
lub uszkodzone.
