1.9 LEVELLING ROLLER
Each machine shall be provided with the
rear levelling roller which, besides being
a levelling and supporting element, is also
an important safety element preventing the
rear contacts with the rollers.
WARNING
It is strictly forbidden to work without
the roller
1.9.1 Roller specifications
The ROTODENT harrow can be equipped
with levelling rollers in the various differ-
ent configurations (see «TAB. 4 - ROLL-
ERS»).
- SPIRAL ROLLER. The spiral roller is
excellent in the preparatiion of the seed-
bed, makes the soil rightly compact and
leaves on the surface a transversally
striped soil.
This fact makes the seeding easier and
the covering of the seeds in particular,
ensuring the constant depth of the sow-
ing machine.
- PACKER ROLLER. The packer roller
has the function of compacting the soil.
- SPIKE ROLLER. The spike roller is
used in case of working on very wet
and clayey soils which cannot bear any
minimun superficial squashing.
- CAGE ROLLER. The cage roller, con-
tary to the packer roller, leaves a soft
soil.
- RUBBER COATED ROLLER. This is
used with a seed drill so as to compact
the soil in strips on which the seed will
be successively deposited. It operates
without slipping on loose soils and is
ideal for soft and sandy soils.
1.10 SOUND LEVEL
WARNING
If the tractor has the cab, the sound
level depends on the type of insulation
of the cab.If the tractor has no cab or if
the windows are open, the sound level
of the machine when this is working,
at a of 200 mm. from the rear window
exceeds 85 dBa, therefore we suggest
to use soundproofing headphones
as prescribed by the laws of several
Countries.

1.9 RODILLO NIVELADOR
Cada máquina debe estar dotada poste-
riormente del rollo nivelador que además
de nivelar la máquina es además un im-
portante elemento de seguridad porque
impide posteriormente el contacto con
el rotor.
Está absolutamente prohibido trabajar
sin rollo.
1.9.1 Características de los
rodillos
La grada ROTODENT se puede equipar
con rodillo de nivelación con distintas
configuraciones (véase «TAB. 4 - RODI-
LLOS»):
- ROLLO ESPIRAL: El rollo espiral óp-
timo para preparar el lecho, prepara el
terreno y deja en superficie el terreno
rayado diagonalmente o sea facilita la
siembra, en particular la cubierta de las
semillas garantizando a la sembradora
constancia de profunidad. Puede traba-
jar también sobre los terrenos un poco
húmedos.
- ROLLO PACKER: Tiene la función
de compactar el terreno en superficie,
puede trabajar también en terrenos
húmedos pero no particularmente pe-
gajosos.
- ROLLO PUNTAS: El rollo puntas
sirve para trabajar sobre terrenos muy
húmedos y arcillosos y particlularmente
pegajosos que no soportan el mínimo
aplastamiento superficial.
- ROLLO JAULA: El rollo jaula contra-
riamente al rollo packer deja suave el
terreno, la aplicación ideal es sobre
terreno seco y no pegajoso.
- RODILLO DE GOMA. Se utiliza com-
binado con una sembradora, para
compactar el terreno en bandas, en las
cuales sucesivamente se deposita la
semilla. Trabaja sin derrape en terrenos
disgregados y es ideal para terrenos
blandos y arenosos.
1.10 NIVEL SONORO
Si el tractor está equipado de cabina,
el nivel sonoro dependerá del nivel de
aislamiento de la cabina misma. Si el
tractor no está equipado con cabina o
funciona con las ventanillas abiertas,
el nivel de ruido emitido por la máqui-
na trabajando medido a una distancia
de 200 mm. de la ventana posterior
es superior a 85 dBa, por lo cual se
aconseja usar protecciones de ruido
como está previsto por las normas de
muchos países.

1.9 WAŁ WYRÓWNUJĄCY
Każda maszyna musi być wyposażona
w tylną rolkę poziomującą, która oprócz
wypoziomowania i podparcia maszyny jest
również ważnym elementem bezpieczeń-
stwa, ponieważ zapobiega kontaktowi z
wirnikiem z tyłu.
UWAGA
Absolutnie nie wolno pracować bez
wałka wyrównującego.
1.9.1 Charakterystyka wałów
Brona ROTODENT może być wyposażona
w wałek wyrównujący w różnych konfigu-
racjach (patrz „TAB. 4 - ROLKI"):
- WAŁ SPIRALNY. Wał spiralny do-
skonale nadaje się do przygotowania
zagonu, prawidłowo zagęszcza glebę i
pozostawia glebę po przekątnej pasa-
mi na powierzchni, co ułatwia siew, w
szczególności osłony siewne, gwaran-
tując siewnikowi stałą głębokość. Może
pracować również na lekko wilgotnych
glebach
- WAŁ PACKER. Posiada funkcję zagęsz-
czania gleby na powierzchni, może rów-
nież pracować na glebach wilgotnych,
ale niezbyt lepkich.
- WAŁ Z KOLCAMI. Wał z kolcami nadaje
się do pracy na glebach bardzo wilgot-
nych, gliniastych i szczególnie lepkich,
które nie wytrzymują najmniejszego
powierzchownego zgniecenia.
- WAŁ KLATKOWY. Wałek klatkowy, w
przeciwieństwie do wałka Packer, po-
zostawia glebę miękką i jest idealny na
suchej, nie klejącej się glebie.
- WAŁ GUMOWY. Stosowany jest w po-
łączeniu z siewnikiem do zagęszczania
gleby w pasma, w których następnie
odkładane są nasiona. Pracuje bez
poślizgu na luźnym podłożu, idealnie na-
daje się na miękkie, piaszczyste gleby.
1.10 POZIOM DŹWIĘKU
UWAGA
Jeśli ciągnik jest wyposażony w kabi-
nę, poziom dźwięku będzie zależał od
poziomu izolacji kabiny.
Jeżeli ciągnik nie jest wyposażony
w kabinę lub pracuje przy otwartych
oknach, poziom hałasu emitowanego
przez pracującą maszynę, w połącze-
niu z hałasem ciągnika mierzonym w
odległości 200 mm od tylnej szyby,
przekracza 85 dBa, dlatego zaleca się
stosowanie nauszników ochronnych
zgodnie z wymogami przepisów obo-
wiązujących w różnych krajach.
