Diese werden über eine schnell und einfach zu bedienende
Steckkupplung mit dem PSS BG 4 verbunden.
Das PSS BG 4 mit dem zugehörigen Atemanschluss
entspricht der:

Die benannte Stelle, EXAM, BBG Prüf- und Zertifizier GmbH,
Prüflaboratorium für Atemschutz mit der Kenn-Nr. CE 0158 hat
die EG-Baumusterbrüfung durchgeführt und ist in die Über-
prüfung des Qualitätsmanagement-Systems der Dräger Safety
AG & Co. KGaA eingebunden.
Das elektronische Überwachungssystem Bodyguard erfüllt
die Explosionsschutzanforderungen gemäß der EN 50 020
Richtlinie:

Voraussetzungen für den Gebrauch
Bei der Prüfung der Einsatzbedingungen ist auf möglicher-
weise notwendige Schutzkleidung und Kopfschutz zu achten.
Nationale Vorschriften beachten, zum Beispiel:
BGR 190 (ehemals ZH 1/701: "Regeln für den Einsatz von
Atemschutzgeräten").
ZH 1/600.26: Auswahlkriterien für die spezielle arbeitsmedi-
zinische Vorsorge nach dem Berufsgenossenschaftlichen
Grundsatz G 26 "Atemschutzgeräte".
1) Diese Richtlinie wurde vom vfdb Referat 8 "Persönliche Schutzaus-
rüstung" des Technisch-Wissenschaftlichen Beirats (TWB) erarbei-
tet. Sie wird den Feuerwehren als Handlungsempfehlung zur
Verfügung gestellt.

The Notified Body EXAM, BBG Prüf- und Zertifizier GmbH,
Prüflaboratorium für Atemschutz mit der Kenn-Nr. CE 0158
has conducted EC type examination and is involved in the
Dräger Safety AG & Co. KGaA Quality Management System
control.
The Bodyguard electronic monitoring system satisfies the
explosion-protection (intrinsic safety) requirements in accor-
dance with EN 50 020 regulation:

Prerequisites for Use
The possible need for protective clothing and head protection
must be noted when verifying the conditions for use.
National regulations must be taken into account, such as
BGR 190 (formerly ZH 1/701: "Regulations for the use of
breathing apparatus").
ZH 1/600.26: Selection criteria for special industrial medical
precautions in accordance with recommendation
G 26 "Breathing apparatus" published by the employers'
liability insurance association.

available for the fire brigades and contains recommended actions.
