-Absorber ausbauen

HINWEIS
Der CO
-Absorber kann Lauge enthal-
2
ten, die bei der Demontage entwei-
chen kann.
Aus diesem Grunde sollten Schutz-
kleidung, Schutzhandschuhe und
Schutzbrille getragen werden.
1 Atembeutel abknüpfen:
Tülle mit Hilfe der Griff-Laschen
weiten und abziehen.
Steuerleitung demontieren:
•
Die Steckverbindungen sind
gesichert.
Zum Lösen:
Jeweils auf den blauen Ring drücken
und gleichzeitig Metallstecker der
Steuerleitung herausziehen.
•
Prüfen, ob die Steuerleitung innen
trocken ist.
Ggf. mit Druckluft nach
DIN EN 12 021 vorsichtig trocken
blasen.
VORSICHT
Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und
nationale Richtlinien zum Umgang mit
Druckluft beachten.
2 Griff der Sicherungsklammer zusam-
mendrücken und Winkeltülle aus
dem CO
-Absorber herausziehen.

3 Spannbügel hochklappen, am Stut-
zen anfassen und hochkippen.

CO
-Absorber aus dem unteren

Haltewinkel herausziehen und dann
aus der Trageschale herausheben.

NOTICE
The CO
absorber may contain alka-

line liquid which may leak during
disassembly!
For this reason use protective clothing
to protect your eyes and hands.
1 To detach the breathing bag:
open connector by pulling the tabs
and remove.
Dismount control line:
•
The plug-in connectors are secured.
To release:
Press the blue ring and at the same
time pull off metal connector of the
control line.
•
Check if the control line is dry inside.
If necessary, use compressed air
acc. to DIN EN 12 021 to carefully
blow-dry.
CAUTION
Observe accident prevention regulati-
ons and national regulations for the
use of compressed air.
2 Press safety catch handles together
and remove angled connector from
CO
absorber.

3 Raise the tensioning arm, grasp con-
nector and tilt upwards.
•
Lift the CO
absorber out of the lower
2
retaining bracket first, and then out
of the carrying frame.
