CO -Absorber ausbauen

1 Atembeutel abknüpfen:
Tülle mit Hilfe der Griff-Laschen wei-
ten und abziehen.
2 Die Steckverbindung ist gesichert.
Zum Lösen:
Auf den blauen Ring drücken und
gleichzeitig den Metallstecker des
farblosen Schlauches abziehen.
3 Griff der Sicherungsklammer zusam-
mendrücken und Winkeltülle aus
dem CO -Absorber herausziehen.

4 Spannbügel hochklappen, am Stut-
zen anfassen und hochkippen.
CO -Absorber aus dem unteren Hal-

tewinkel herausziehen und dann aus
der Trageschale herausheben.
HINWEIS
Der CO -Absorber kann
2
Lauge enthalten, die bei
der Demontage
entweichen kann.
Aus diesem Grunde
sollten Schutzkleidung,
Schutzhandschuhe und
-brille getragen werden.
CO -Absorber Einwegpatrone
2
(R 34 360)
Kann recycelt oder gemäß den gelten-
den Abfallbeseitigungsvorschriften ent-
sorgt werden. Weitere Informationen
können bei den örtlichen Behörden ein-
geholt werden.
Das Kunststoffgehäuse kann recycelt
werden (siehe "Entsorgung von Ver-
brauchsteilen" auf Seite 69).
CO -Absorber Wiederfüllpatrone

(R 34 277 / R 34 367)
Falls die Wiederfüllpatrone anstelle der
Einwegpatrone verwendet wurde, ist sie
gemäß der Füllanweisung unmittelbar
nach Gebrauch zu entleeren und erneut
zu füllen.
HINWEIS
Die Füllanweisung
90 21 360 ist genau zu
beachten.

Removing the CO Absorber

1 Remove breathing bag:
open connector by pulling the tabs
and remove.
2 The plug-in connector is secured.
To release:
Press the blue ring and at the same
time pull off metal connector of the
colourless hose.
3 Press safety catch handles together
and remove angled connector from
CO absorber.

4 Raise the tensioning arm, grasp con-
nector and tilt upwards.
Lift the CO absorber out of the

lower retaining bracket first, and then
out of the carrying frame.
NOTE
The CO absorber may
2
contain basic liquid which
may leak out during
disassembly!
For this reason use
protective clothing to
protect your eyes and
hands if necessary.
CO absorber (factory packed p/n
2
R 34 360)
can be recycled or it must be disposed
of in accordance with the applicable
waste disposal regulations. Further
information can be obtained from the
relevant local authorities.
The plastic housing can be recycled
(see "Disposal of Consumables" on
page 69).
CO absorber (refill cartridge

R 34 277 / R 34 367)
If a refillable cartridge is used instead of
the factory packed CO absorber, it
2
must be emptied / filled according to the
filling instructions.
NOTE
Strictly follow the filling
instructions 90 21 360
supplied with Dräger refill
cartridges.
