Warten und pflegen
Hebel montieren
• Vorzugsstellung beachten: Das
lange Ende des Hebels zeigt nach
oben.
• Hebel auf beide Befestigungspunkte
drücken. Der Sicherungsknopf muss
jeweils einrasten.
Überdruckventil montieren
• O-Ring des Überdruckventils sicht-
prüfen, er muss sauber und unbe-
schädigt sein, sonst austauschen.
Molykote® 111 dünn auftragen und
Überdruckventil zusammenbauen.
• Überdruckventil montieren
(siehe "Überdruckventil ausbauen"
auf Seite 46).
Von unten in die beiden Schlitze des
Bügels einführen, dabei gleichzeitig
die Klammern am Überdruckventil
zusammendrücken.
• O-Ring der Winkeltülle sichtprüfen,
er muss sauber und unbeschädigt
sein, sonst austauschen.
Molykote® 111 dünn auftragen.
• Überdruckventil um 45° nach links
drehen = verriegeln.
• Sicherungsklammer öffnen,
Winkeltülle in den CO -Absorber

schieben und Sicherungsklammer
schließen, rastet ein.

Steuerleitung montieren

• Metallstecker der Steuerleitung in
die Steckverbindung am Silikon-
schlauch und an der Switch-Box ein-
stecken, bis sie einrasten.

Fitting the lever
• Observe preferred position: The long
end of the lever is attached at the top
of the unit.
• Press the lever to both attachment
points. Each safety knob must
engage.
Fitting the relief valve
• Examine the O-ring of relief valve.
It must be clean and undamaged,
otherwise it must be replaced.
Rub with Molykote® 111 and
assemble the relief valve.
• Fit the relief valve.
(see "Removing the relief valve" on
page 46).
Insert it into the two slits in spring bar
from below, by pressing both clips on
the relief valve together at the same
time.
• Examine the O-ring of angled
connector. It must be clean and
undamaged, otherwise it must be
replaced. Rub with Molykote® 111.
• Turn the relief valve 45° to the left to
lock it.
• Open safety clip.
Slide the angled nozzle into CO
absorber and close safety clip so
that it engages.
Fitting the control line
• Insert the metal plugs of the control
line into the plug-in connector of the
silicone hose and of the switch box
until they engage.
