ail the way up to the 2.5V line.
Check between the MC connector
and all the way up thru to pin (39)
of 1€701:
Check pin (40) of IC701.
Check capstan motor 18V/12V
switch circuit.

The drum motor fails to run.
Check 1C705.
Check between pin (38) of 1C701
and all the way up to pin (6) of ME
connector.
Check AT12V line.
