REPLACEMENT OF LOADING MOTOR
@ Removal
Remove 2 screws.

®@ Replacement
@® Take out the old loading motor. Place a replace-
ment loading motor as shown above (figure 4-
53.).

0.05~0.3mm

@ Adjust the worm gear's thrust gap to 0.05 to 0.3
mm.
Use the specific washers for an appropriate thick-
ness.

To press the motorin,
receive it by portion A.

Press-fit the loading motor pulley with a force of
less than 98N (10 kgf). Be sure that the pulley is
11.5 £0.05 mm away from the motor.
