2. Operating Principle and Use of the Appliance
2.1 Operation of the heating elements
After starting operation, the oven is heated to the set cooking
temperature by the heating elements corresponding to the
selected heating function.
When the target temperature is reached (i.e. measured by the
temperature sensor), the heating elements are automatically
switched off.
To maintain the set temperature, the heating process starts
again and again automatically as soon as the cooking chamber
temperature drops and it stops when it is reached.
2.2 Cooling fan
To ensure low temperatures at the controls and door handle dur-
ing operation and to prevent excessive heating of the appliance,
a built-in fan generates an air flow for cooling.
This is activated as soon as a heating function is set.
The air exits between the oven door and the control panel.
Depending on the residual heat, the cooling fan continues
to run for a while after switching off to allow the appliance
to cool down more quickly after operation.
ATTENTION!
Risk of damage!
Be careful not to block the ventilation paths
to avoid overheating the appliance and the risk
of heat damage!
Noise emissions during operation
During cooling operation, a slight swooshing noise
may be heard from the cooling fan.
In addition, depending on the duration of use and
heat generation, there may be slight operating noises /
vibrations of the fan in the cooking chamber during
hot air circulation.
This is normal and harmless.
